I had placed an online order that didn't go through. The lady at the counter was extremely rude when I proved to her that I paid for it. I had a bank statement that it took $5.96. However it got worse from there. My frozen drink I ordered was frozen solid didn't have the flavor in it I wanted and to top it off no creamer in the beverage (I worked at Dunkin I should know) I went thru the drive thru and asked just for a regular coffee. She did not put coffee in my beverage. It was just creamer, flavor and regular sugar when I asked for liquid. She was absolutely ignorant and wasn't taught the customer is always right. Do not EVER go to this location. Just had the worst experience with the drive thru attendant (Blond hair in pony tail bigger build). Waiting behind another car my drink while the attendant had a full on conversation with the car in front of us and would not stop talking. We were patiently waiting and they continued to ignore us and talk. THEN she moved to the next window down and the white car followed. They continued their conversation as my drink sat there where she was supposed to be working. After waiting there for a while we tried to get her attention and she rudely stared at us as she continuing to talk. Finally the poor girl in the back who was making the drinks came over and took our money and gave us our drink as the attendant continued to talk to her friend at the next window. I don't know who manages this location, but that girl needs to be fired. I've never seen anything like it in my life. No regard for her customer at all!! read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I used to go probably 4-5 times a WEEK, and now I'm just so happy wawa is right across the street. There's always a long wait because they can't retain any employees, because of how poorly they're treated. I've witnessed this mistreatment on multiple occasions, including the time my car got hit in the drive thru and they yelled at an employee who came out to check that I was okay. It's obvious the owners and relatives work there, and it's very obvious they hate every minute of it. Coffee is okay but that's about it. Food is mostly frozen and microwaved. My biggest problem though is with their drive thru. First of all they seem to be incapable of handling large orders. Whenever I order multiple drinks/food items they ALWAYS get the order wrong. But my BIGGEST issue with DD is the drive thru line itself. It frequently backs up into 191. They have 2 windows, the first window is for drinks and the second is for food. And when someone is waiting for food at the second window it holds up the ENTIRE line, sometimes for several minutes. And unlike other fast food places, they don't ask you to get off the line and park if your order is delayed, thus holding up everyone else on line. I hope their management reads Yelp and will act on this. I would have liked to go inside to speak with the M.O.D. about it this morning but I didn't have the time. read more

This review is directed mostly at the Management and those who oversee franchise compliance. Although the employees were dealing with the situation they did not seem to be trained well for what is happening at this location today. The result is that this location is not representing the company, the brand, or DD image well. The drive-thru extended beyond the parking lot and out into the street because it was moving slow and the line inside seemed to be moving even slower with only one register working. Customers learned after placing their order that the the Dunkin' app was not working. The employee explained to another customer that they were working "off-line" so she could not honor coupons either. There was a "help-wanted" sign in each door and at the drive-through window. Yet, the store manager is not in today. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar. When I asked for my receipt the cashier apologized and had me wait through the next two orders (the first of which opted to leave her drink and walk away because they would not honor the coupon and the second customer had to repeat her order twice - once to be rang up and the second time to another employees who then put the order together) so that she could get my proper change as she had charged me for an iced drink. They took my money and then refused to fulfill my order or refund me. Instead of handing me my drink They handed me a cup with less than a sip in it and refused to fill it. How can they charge for a full cup and pour only a small less than a mouthful in it. It didn't even cover the bottom of the cup! Disrespectful unreasonable and rediculous crew. This has to be the slowest Dunkin' Donuts ever, even when you are the only customer. They refused to split our order into separate checks, screwed up our coffee order and then made us pay for the messed up order (which we didn't even keep), and the employees were extremely rude, both to us and the new employee who was trying to help us. PLUS when we got home and checked the rest of the order, they gave us the wrong types of bagel and even the wrong sandwich. I don't know how this location is still in business. read more

I've lived in the area for 3 years and every time I go I'm disappointed. The drive- thru line is always backed up and takes forever. They are always out of basic Dunkin Donuts classic items like sprinkle donuts or munchkins. My kids always leave heartbroken after I promise them a treat from DD and they never seem to have the donuts available. Today was the last straw, I ordered a small latte, I was so hungry and all I had time was for coffee. I take my first sip and it was cold! I love Dunkin so it is hard to give a bad review. The staff is hit or miss either GREAT or HORRIBLE (blonde girl is great) I used to go every day but a few months back Amanda girl who has a terrible attitude used my credit card to pay for several other orders in the drive through because she wasn't paying attention and this act infuriated me I cannot go back now. Not to mention this location does not have adequate space for the drive thru so it backs up on 191 and this is just annoying. read more
