My go to place for coffee in Milledgeville. Quick drive through service. I order on the app and get through quickly.

The Dunkin is good and always meets my expectations but the Baskin-Robbins needs some work. I just don't think they get enough training on that side of the store. The employee got our order wrong when we said it three times, and the cookie dough pieces were stale. Definitely needs more employee attention! read more

The management is awful the lady Lynelle is rude as can be. I have been here a few times. Staff though young, typically they are nice but they are always shorthanded. Not the staff's fault. I blame the scheduler. read more

This is actually a newly renovated Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins. Every. Single. Time. I have stopped in here for ice cream they have been out of the basic flavors (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry) all they ever have in stock are the ice creams people rarely get or the sherbets. I mean if you are going to be advertising as a Baskin-Robbin's 31 Flavors...at least have 31 flavors!!! read more

Crazy wait times in drive through. I have been coming to this Dunkin for years. The new facelift is great. But lately the wait times are ridiculous. We were in line at drive thru yesterday at the order board and were repeatedly told there was only one person working drive through and one on counter. We just had to wait! No apologies for the wait or thanking us for patience, or anything. Finally drove off after 20 plus minutes of waiting JUST TO ORDER. There was a line of 6 cars behind us and only one car at the pick up window. Sadly, went to Starbucks instead. read more

This location has vastly improved since the new ownership and management has taken over. The daytime crew is wonderful and the night shift is decent but not quite as good. I like the cold brews better than the regular iced coffee. read more

Ryan was a wonderful manager! I love the way he leads and works, even through the busy and stressful parts of the day.

Wow, I am impressed with the strong leadership that Ryan displayed when I visited Dunkin. I had a problem that was overwhelming to me and my family but Ryan stepped in and was happy to help resolve the issue. This guy really needs to be promoted to manager or be given a raise. read more

Average at best. Initially went through drive thru at 10 am to order some doughnuts. Order received was wrong so I went inside to get it corrected. Staff seemed hurried and frantic even though it was me and one other customer inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. They corrected the order and I was on my way. The doughnuts were edible just not good. Glazed and Chocolate frosted were dry, seemed old, jelly had almost no filling in it. Not what I was expecting and won't likely return. read more

Dunkin corporate should be embarrassed by the display of their brand in this town. Sat in DRIVE THRU line for 30 mins. Was asked to repeat my order 3 times then told at the window it would be "just a minute" only to sit for 10 additional minutes. All of this for a standard line of 5 cars. Someone who knows how to run a Dunkin please BUY this store and fix these problems. I've been coming here 3 years with my daughter in college and it gets worse every time. Horrible!! NO STARS! If it were an option. read more

Have not been at this location in over a year due to poor service and filthy! Thought I'd give them another try. Nope, worse than before! The employee (Janelle) was so rude(racist)! Service was the worst!! She has no clue how to treat customers and clearly hates her job! Dunkin should pay close attention to their employees attitudes! No customers No business...duh!! read more

Insanely high wait and unclean environment. i was waiting in the drive through for so long waiting but the line wasn't moving. the second time i've been here and it has been like this both times. read more

Glad to see Milledgeville got a Dunkin Donuts; too bad it wasn't a Krispy Kreme though. KK kicks DD's butt! But life isn't all sunshine and roses, so this Dunkin Donuts is a welcome addition to the great small town of Milledgeville. Pretty typical selection as most Dunkin Donuts; pre-cooked and shipped in donuts, bagels, etc. They also have the world famous Dunkin Donut coffee that everyone raves about for some reason; I'd rather venture down to Starbucks. It is great that if I am craving a donut that this location has a drive-thru allowing me to grab one on the go. read more

Worst service EVERY time we are in town. And we only come back because it's the only option for our college daughter. I'd rather pay more and get her Starbucks. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if that was an option. read more

The people who work here were absolutely horrible as we were ordering. Rude will never be returning and I used to once love dunkin coffee. Thank you for this location for ruining my experience. read more

Truly an amazing Dunkin'. Coffee always taste great. Even when there's a long long, it doesn't take too long. The staff are very kind.

They have a friendly crew and what I believe is the manager runs a good operation. There are some new employees that are still in training but everybody pitches in and gets it done. Service is 100% better! read more

Dunkin' - Overflowing garbage this morning. - Donuts Near Me - Milledgeville, Georgia

Saw at least 4 ppl from drive thru window. "we're not cooking food rn"umm ok... got my coffee wrong then acted like it was my fault. All the while mumbling something that I can't hear and guy at register laughing. Refund plz and ty! read more

This location is absolutely horrible. We've been going here for a year and it's been bad the whole time. Today was exceptionally awful. The staff couldn't remember what drinks we ordered so even after paying we had to tell them what we ordered. There were three girls hovered over the drive thru register and they all had a nasty attitude. After we got all 4 of our drinks my Aunt still thanked them and the girl looked at my aunt and rolled her eyes. This location needs a total turn around. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They were doing better for a couple of months when they got corporate in. Kiara specifically was awesome but the others were nice too and I would fly through the drive thru. They were always very nice. I went this morning and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a mobile order. The lady on the speaker is very rude, short, and condescending. When I got to the window, the cold foam (which is extra $) was already melted because of how long I waited. Not sure if corporate has left, but it is back to being horrible with timeliness and customer service. Bottom line is if you can't handle crowds and getting orders taken care of in a timely manner with a smile on your face, you shouldn't be in customer service. read more

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after 2 different visits all I can say is this is the absolute worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. The sugar is never mixed in well with the coffee at all and I found this in my drink today!! I knew it wasn't coffee because they're weren't any visible signs of and liquid coming in/out. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, this is absolutely disgusting. read more

Dunkin' - Nasty ice cubes - Donuts Near Me - Milledgeville, Georgia

I've been to plenty of Dunkin's in my time and this one is hands down the worst one. Customer service is lacking to say the least. I've tried to go multiple times before work in the morning and their lobby is just closed... for no reason. Actually just because they're lazy I'm sure. And if you were to go through the drive through like I had done today and after getting to the window and receiving my coffee it took nearly 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me still waiting at the window waiting for my food. And it was just a simple donut I couldn't imagine how long it would take for them to actually make any other food. On top of that the coffee wasn't even good which is poor because how can you mess up a coffee with JUST almond milk in it? Riddle me that. read more

Why are they always closed? And the sign on the door does not state close on it. You're telling me employees are getting paid to sit there and do nothing? read more

Awesome customer service. I was having a terible day and could not get my phone to pull up my coupon code. I pulled to the side and messed the order up because I took so long. Then a small women who was a member of the crew took my order and paid for my drinks. There needs to be more employees like her. Made my day, I almost started crying in the middle of dunkin. read more

They just said "we are not cooking today". What the actual fuck is that. I've worked at 2 different Dunkin's as a shift leader and I am genuinely wondering if there is no management at this place. Not fucking cooking ? At a fast food restaurant? Not cooking.... Whoever is supposed to be running this place is either incompetent or unaware. read more

Seems like a nice Place but it is not horrible service and my order was not what I wanted.

I have never in my entire life been more disgusted by a restaurant in my life. Employees SITTING on the counter right next to your food. They are almost always out of something rather it's coffee mix (how do you run out of that at a COFFEE SHOP) or either they are out of ice cream at a ICE CREAM SHOP. It's beyond old and ridiculous. The bathrooms are almost always nasty. You will get ignored or told "we're out of this or that". I mean come on people it's not that hard to have a decent personality or make a coffee. I am a regular customer and I almost never get what I want and if I do there are employees ignoring me or sitting around ON THE COUNTERS. I honestly have no clue how this place is still in business. If it weren't for the fact this is only 1 of 2 easily accessible coffee shops in Milledgeville I'm sure they wouldn't be. read more

terrible. i frequent dunkin' often in my hometown and when i moved here i had a rude awakening. the only thing i order is an iced caramel latte and every other day i go thru the drive-thru it somehow tastes like the worst shit of my life. i go every once and a while now to see if maybe today it will be good and every time i go i waste money and look like a Karen for asking them to remake my drink. all of the workers are rude and dont know how to successfully carry out their job titles. i guess thats what to expect in milledgville now tho. read more

i come here often and it's never great, but i get the wake up wraps. the past few times i've been, ive sat at the window for almost 10 minutes waiting on my sausage egg and cheese wraps, just to get them so burnt and crispy that they're falling apart. barely edible. and the staff was all yelling at each other inside??? rough experience almost every time... read more

Dunkin' - two burritos on a piece of paper - Donuts Near Me - Milledgeville, Georgia

Good donuts, decent coffee. Only downside is the wifi is extremely slow; web pages take several seconds to load, you have to let videos buffer as it's too slow to stream well enough, and occasionaly pages will "time out" trying to load. read more

The quality of this dunkin is good - the problem is the service. They have forgotten to give me my card back multiple times, often get my order wrong, or forget something in my order. But what's even weirder is that usually they'll just claim something isn't on the menu or refuse to serve it. Once I went through the drive thru to get a breakfast sandwich and they told me they were all out of their hot breakfast- I left and ten minutes later my friend came back with a hot sandwich from dunkin?? read more

This is honestly the most hit or miss Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The service is usually good, but I had the worst experience today. The woman didn't let me finish my order, then when I got to the window she didn't give me my whole order. Not only was the service terrible, but my bagel was burnt!! I ordered a donut as well and did not receive it. Luckily I wasn't charged for it, but someone needs to clean out their ears or start writing orders down because she repeated my order to me!!! I'm only giving two stars because I have had good experiences here in the past, but this one really left a bad taste in my mouth and it's going to take awhile for me to go back. read more

Im honestly so upset with the customer service here like why are they so mean I'm a type 2 and I am sensitive. Also wtf why is there never any donuts when it's called Dunkin' Donuts that's the whole point and they never have ice or any flavors for iced coffees. Do better Dunkin... read more

I don't understand how this location can consistently be out of ice. Almost every time I've gone here, they said they don't have ice. The food is good and all, but there's no telling how the service is gonna be. read more

The staffing at this location changes weekly!! My orders for the past two weeks have been incorrect. They don't listen and are trying to do varies task at the same time. I constantly told the lady I wanted a hot latte but when I get to the window she hands me a ice latte. JEEZE really!! I said it four times and she repeated it back. There is no consistency at this location. At this point while I am here in Milledgeville I will just go to Starbucks. read more

This is not in regards to food or the THREE employees that were working: This morning we stopped here as we pretty much do every day. The amount of people running the store was horrendous for a Monday morning, and how busy it was. There was one person for walk ins, one for drive thru, and another for food prep. These people are not what I am complaining about, they were doing the best that they could with the amount of staff available to them. However, I did not think this was fair to them at all. They were SLAMMED as they normally are, yet given NO help. The drive thru was piled up, and the walk ins took near 20 minutes to get through with four or so people in that line. Whoever is managing this store, needs to help their employees. It is despicable that they are expected to run this with three people in the morning at a popular breakfast stop. Also I noted, that there is a now hiring sign for people with ONLY OPEN availability. If everyone that works there has open availability there was no reason for this stress on your employees. Thank you. Molly Fox read more

Fast, friendly, & flavorful. Getting in & out can prove a touch challenging, but that was obviously an afterthought. Nonetheless, clean & courteous. read more

They are too inconsistent, I have given them chance after chance and I'm fed up! I go there 4-5 times a week and order the exact same coffee the same way every time and they only get it right about half the time. I always order dark roast. I normally arrive at the restaurant before 6:00 am and it's almost always warm not hot because they take it off the burner. I'm just tired of trying. read more

Lunch menu is light and good. Added bonus that Haskins Robbins is there. Kids love ice cream more than donuts when have to choose
