This is actually a newly renovated Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins. Every. Single. Time. I have stopped in here for ice cream they have been out of the basic flavors (Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry) all they ever have in stock are the ice creams people rarely get or the sherbets. Crazy wait times in drive through. I have been coming to this Dunkin for years. The new facelift is great. But lately the wait times are ridiculous. We were in line at drive thru yesterday at the order board and were repeatedly told there was only one person working drive through and one on counter. We just had to wait! No apologies for the wait or thanking us for patience, or anything. Finally drove off after 20 plus minutes of waiting JUST TO ORDER. Average at best. Initially went through drive thru at 10 am to order some doughnuts. Order received was wrong so I went inside to get it corrected. Staff seemed hurried and frantic even though it was me and one other customer inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. They corrected the order and I was on my way. But life isn't all sunshine and roses, so this Dunkin Donuts is a welcome addition to the great small town of Milledgeville. Pretty typical selection as most Dunkin Donuts; pre-cooked and shipped in donuts, bagels, etc. They also have the world famous Dunkin Donut coffee that everyone raves about for some reason; I'd rather venture down to Starbucks. It is great that if I am craving a donut that this location has a drive-thru allowing me to grab one on the go. read more

This location is absolutely horrible. We've been going here for a year and it's been bad the whole time. Today was exceptionally awful. The staff couldn't remember what drinks we ordered so even after paying we had to tell them what we ordered. There were three girls hovered over the drive thru register and they all had a nasty attitude. After we got all 4 of our drinks my Aunt still thanked them and the girl looked at my aunt and rolled her eyes. This location needs a total turn around. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They were doing better for a couple of months when they got corporate in. Kiara specifically was awesome but the others were nice too and I would fly through the drive thru. They were always very nice. I went this morning and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a mobile order. The lady on the speaker is very rude, short, and condescending. When I got to the window, the cold foam (which is extra $) was already melted because of how long I waited. Not sure if corporate has left, but it is back to being horrible with timeliness and customer service. I've been to plenty of Dunkin's in my time and this one is hands down the worst one. Customer service is lacking to say the least. I've tried to go multiple times before work in the morning and their lobby is just closed... for no reason. Actually just because they're lazy I'm sure. And if you were to go through the drive through like I had done today and after getting to the window and receiving my coffee it took nearly 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me still waiting at the window waiting for my food. And it was just a simple donut I couldn't imagine how long it would take for them to actually make any other food. I have never in my entire life been more disgusted by a restaurant in my life. Employees SITTING on the counter right next to your food. They are almost always out of something rather it's coffee mix (how do you run out of that at a COFFEE SHOP) or either they are out of ice cream at a ICE CREAM SHOP. It's beyond old and ridiculous. The bathrooms are almost always nasty. You will get ignored or told "we're out of this or that". I mean come on people it's not that hard to have a decent personality or make a coffee. I am a regular customer and I almost never get what I want and if I do there are employees ignoring me or sitting around ON THE COUNTERS. I honestly have no clue how this place is still in business. This is not in regards to food or the THREE employees that were working: This morning we stopped here as we pretty much do every day. The amount of people running the store was horrendous for a Monday morning, and how busy it was. There was one person for walk ins, one for drive thru, and another for food prep. These people are not what I am complaining about, they were doing the best that they could with the amount of staff available to them. However, I did not think this was fair to them at all. They were SLAMMED as they normally are, yet given NO help. The drive thru was piled up, and the walk ins took near 20 minutes to get through with four or so people in that line. Whoever is managing this store, needs to help their employees. It is despicable that they are expected to run this with three people in the morning at a popular breakfast stop. Also I noted, that there is a now hiring sign for people with ONLY OPEN availability. If everyone that works there has open availability there was no reason for this stress on your employees. They are too inconsistent, I have given them chance after chance and I'm fed up! I go there 4-5 times a week and order the exact same coffee the same way every time and they only get it right about half the time. I always order dark roast. I normally arrive at the restaurant before 6:00 am and it's almost always warm not hot because they take it off the burner. I'm just tired of trying. read more
