I really love this location but the older man working at front counter is VERY rude and very slow. Doesn't make you feel welcome and tries to rush you through your own order but asks you to slow down because he can't type it in fast enough. read more

Made mobile order, went to drive through to pick it up, they stated that they never got my order. So I offered to come in and the employee who was "helping" me argued that they never received the order. I showed her my order number and order on my phone and only at my prompting that she scroll further to find it and she pursed her lips and sighed and then finally found it. I ordered and it took me less than 8 minutes to get there, but it was like "so far back" as she said. She didn't print it out the custom order to get the donuts. She was rude but, I thought maybe it's a bad day, everybody has them.They said they didn't sell crullers at that location, they were out of two other varieties that I had ordered which are staple at every other Dunkin' Donuts. Ok, secured donuts, once home, ate a blueberry donut and it was stale like 2 bites and toss stale. There are several other locations around the area that I will buy from, but not this one. So I just went back to see if they've improved. I decided it would be a good idea since they're having a deal today since it's national coffee day. Buy a coffee get a coffee. I just pulled into my house and realized I was charged FULL price for the "deal." aka I never got a free coffee, period. Now I'm expected to have to drive back there on my own dime to get the money back they charged my card? ...... I stand by original review wholeheartedly that this place is beyond terrible and do not think for a second they will improve. I give up. read more

OMG!!! Walked into the lobby with two people in line in front of me.....25 minutes to get a sandwich!! If I could give a zero I would.

This place is awful. They have never gotten my order right. The people are so incompetent and rude. I went this morning asked them what bagels they had. I ordered when I got to the window they told me they didn't have my bagel. Again, I asked them what bagels they had, and she listed them. I ordered again 15 minutes later I got my order got home. It was the wrong bagel with next to no cream cheese on it. This is not an isolated incident. This is 99% of the time. Its not worth going to this location there is no excuse for it. Hope they get a change of management. Monkeys could run a better dunkins. read more

This is the very worst Dunkins anywhere. I stopped on Sat. 8/11 and went thru the drive thru. I had a simple order delivered very concisely. They were laughing so hard amongst themselves they couldn't hear me. Another employee takes the microphone and i repeat the order. Hot tea with lemon and a strawberry frosted donut. He repeatedly put in iced tea. I drove around and, of course, get handed an ice tea. Again i say HOT tea with lemon. 10 minutes later I get handed a hot tea...yup, no lemon. Then I remind them I ordered a donut. They ask, what kind? I get handed my frosted donut upside down in the bag so all the frosting gets rubbed off. Meanwhile 3 of the employees are STILL giggling and laughing and there is now a line of cars behind me 4-5 cars deep. There was one employee, an older woman, who we could tell was more than frustrated with them. Their manager should be ashamed of themself. read more

This is a nice Dunkin' Donuts with good service and a clean interior. I think the employees are friendly and well-trained. They usually are eager to please and have a smile on their face. Donkeys coffee is great, in my opinion. I have stopped eating most of the other treats there, Although I still sometimes have a couple doughnut holes. We swing by for bagels to go for the kids if we move. I think dunkies coffee it's better than those guys at Starbucks. Obviously everyone has their own opinion on the subject. Starbucks is a little more caffeinated but dunkies goes down better. Starbucks is modestly more expensive and has some other good offerings that are a little healthier then Dunkins. By and large, if I just want to coffee I'll go to Dunkins, if I didn't get a lot of sleep, I'll go to Starbucks. read more

As another reviewer said this location is horrible. The staff doesn't pay attention. On a Sunday morning they were so inefficient they were creating their own backlog which was causing them to mix up which drinks went to which customers. They had someone mopping the floor, not sure why you'd choose 9am on a Sunday to mop, considering it was a sunny Sunday morning; no weather causing the floor to become a mess. read more

Once again this particular dunkin donuts is terrible. Hit the drive thro the other day ordered a iced coffee and a muligrain bagel toasted with chive...the lady takes my order and repeats it back to me as she is laughing and interacting with co-workers...i get the the window pay and procede to drive off when i notice i was given a blueberry muffin i go inside and they had a bag waiting for me, no biggie just grabbed the wrong bag right?? wrong...open this bag and i get an everything bagel toasted with one of those fruity cream cheeses....go back and explain that this is not correct either....annoyed with me they ask what i had ordered and just appolgized scarcasitcly since i was ruining their ciggarette breaks and goofing off...no offer to speak to a manager (i dont think they would have done anything since everyone was goofing off and sitting around) no offer for any kind of compensation for my time and there countless errors. I love this Dunk's they are the only ones (next to Wilton) that can make a proper Cinnamon Iced Coffee.
