And what really blows my mind is seeing employees outside smoking while people are waiting inside for service. We had an extra dollar bill and I wanted to just use that and pay the rest with a card. I wouldn't be too annoyed if someone did that at my job and i don't know why it would be a big deal.. she took the dollar and said the same price as before, the original price of the drink and my boyfriend corrected her and said you mean it should be $4.64 on the card because i just gave you a 1 dollar bill and she goes nope it's $5.64 and she still had the $1 in her hand!! she then said she can't do that but we've done that at other dunkin's so i know it's possible lol . anyways i think she probably tells people there's no food when she doesn't feel like making the food .
