I love Dunkin Donuts but I'm from RI so it's only natural. This Dunkin is usually out of donuts or they are not fresh. Coffee is good.

Just left there - must have been about the slowest, least friendly service I've ever encountered ! When we entered a guy was counting money with his back to us - no acknowledgement whatsoever - no turning around, let alone a greeting. Then a young lady came up, totally ignoring us and going about her business (whatever that was...). After a few minutes a young kid came to the register and listlessly and slowly took the order - no greeting, no smile, no thank you for your order ! Took a few minutes until we got the order (3 iced coffees) filled - and delivered to another counter from where we waited ! The QUALITY of the coffee was good (as expected) but the SERVICE could do with major improvements !!! read more

Once again I am sorry that I went here. The donuts were old, dry, had maybe one teaspoon of filling in the type of donut that I got.I do not understand how or why this place is still open. The service is fair the product is poor don't waste your time or money going to this establishment as I have tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt however every time I am disappointed. Kroger has way better donuts then Dunkin donuts will ever have in Lynchburg. read more

Embarrassing. I've been here three times since working and every time they screw up a simple caramel swirl iced coffee and cream cheese and chive bagel. I don't know what it is but it's not good. The drive thru takes 20-30 minutes to get through and to see literally waiting in a road. The employees aren't friendly and have absolutely no motivation to do their job. It's like they hired the bottom barrel people. Sadly I'll be sticking to my caramel frappe from McDonald cause this is embarrassing. read more

Valentines day was a bust here, they had a sign out front with Heart shaped donuts but the ONLY heart shaped they had were the filled ones NOT the inced ones. And my husband went in asking and no one bothered to tell him it was ONLY the Jelly Filled ones they said NO we don't have any and he bought 1/2 dozen of the iced and they were hard as a BRICK!! I really can't stand Dunkin'Donuts, I really wish we could get a Krispy Kreme back again they had AWESOME donuts for Valentines day and their donuts were cooked FRESH in the store not shipped in frozen like Dunkin! I have been four or five times. Each time the donuts were stale. It's almost as though they don't make them in the store... oh wait... THEY DON'T They are trucked in from a giant bakery out of state. The Wandering Donut is FAR superior. read more

Been to DD all over the country. By far the worst service and clearly they do not change the coffee out frequently as required by corporate standards. This place really gives the DD franchise a bad name. Might be time to send undercover boss into this place. Although DD is where I will always go first, this DD doesn't taste like the other DDs around the country. Extremely poor service and coffee is not prepared per DD standards .... clearly!!! read more

Horrible customer service and worse donuts. Went through the drive thru and ordered munchkins saying mostly blueberry and a few glazed and chocolate. Got up to the window they took my card and I paid and then they decided to tell me after I paid that they don't have any blueberry. I asked well do you have any blueberry donuts? They said, No we don't have any blueberry anything. Didn't offer any kind of apology or try to make it better since hey had already taken my money. I'm sorry, but as I work in the food industry I know you are informed when something is out. So why not let me know before I pay? I wouldn't have gotten anything if I'd known. And the munchkins that I did get (because they had already decided for me that they would just give me all glazed and chocolate) were dry and old, I will never go back to this location. I'm a regular customer in the mornings and the lack of care/customer service from the 2 same morning employees is very apparent. 15min as the only customer at the drive thru is not acceptable. Presentation of breakfast sandwiches is sad and a "Welcome to Dunkin, how many I help you?" Would be nice to hear as well. read more

This location is not poorly managed, its not managed at all. Staff is rude and clueless. Some even have an attitude. The drive thru cueing is ridiculous, always a bottle neck and prevents blockages. Never again. Great location. Owner should should sit out in parking lot to see how much business their loosing. read more

I wish there were more Dunkin Donuts in the Lynchburg area. I hope more pop up in different area. The coffee prices are way more reasonable than Star Bucks. Star Bucks tends to be more expensive and you don't usually see deals like Dunkin Donuts have. Ex. Happy Hour prices or Coolatta deals. Bring on More Dunkins please! read more

As a family we love Dunkin. We have been to many all over the country. We were excited when this one opened close to us. However, I have not had a single quality experience at this location. They can't seem to get their act together. The drive through is not faster by any means, and the staff are not professional. The last time I went. A woman came over the speaker to ask what I would like to order, when I started, another guy on a different microphone made a snide remark and the two of them had some inside joke banter over the speaker while I was trying to order. I was interrupted three times by them talking to each other over the mics through the drive through speaker. I have attempted to use this location four times out of convenience and my order was correct one of those four times. If you don't want to be disappointed in your favorite coffee/donut shop, avoid this location. read more

This place is horrible. Gave the a try on four separate occasions. The first time they weren't selling Munchkins, that's fine they were just opening. Second time order a breakfast sandwich, it was burnt and horrible. How hard is it to microwave/heat up a sandwich; apparently it is pretty difficult for some. Third time ordered Munchkins and they were horrible. They tasted like pure baking soda. Today I wanted to give them one last try, well, they did have chocolate glazed donuts or most of the donuts that make the Express dozen, well then, why even offer it. No thank you!! I go here almost every Saturday since it opened, and every time, I get the "Strawberry Frosted" Donut- The best in my opinion.
