In picking up a GrubHub order in the middle of a horrific storm, I was told I could.not pick up through the drive through even though there were no customers e in line or in the store. We stopped expecting to "run on Dunkin" but this was anything but a quick stop for breakfast. The staff was actually really nice, but zero pep in their steps. I should have known when there was a car waiting past the drive thru window as we walked inside. We waited more than 10 minutes for two sandwiches. While waiting, every single car that went through the drive thru had to wait. So you would expect then that our sandwiches would come out piping hot, right? Wrong. I asked for mine with no cheese. You can see from the photo that there was, in fact, cheese. I looked and the label clearly indicated no cheese should have been found on this here sammich. You can also see that the slice came off cleanly in one piece. And. It. Was. Cold. They were lucky that the bacon on my sandwich tasted good. That was the only saving grace from this stop. I pass by this area frequently on the way to Bountiful Farms. Every time, I find myself wishing there was somewhere to get coffee nearby (Yalaha Bakery totally disappointed me on the coffee front last visit). I had no idea that a Dunkin' was on the way to this intersection and this just made my day! Little did I know I arrived on opening day. I'm as basic as it gets when it comes to coffee, or espresso rather. I just like it black, no sugar, no cream, no flavors at all. I can't add any feedback on any of the food items either. However, the hot Americano that I ordered and received was served ultra fast and tasted fabulous! Service was friendly and upbeat. Easy to access drive through lane and abundant parking. If you like being ignored and just stand at the counter feeling invisible, then this is the place for you. Went in this morning and after standing at the counter for a few minutes a girl with a headphone on asked me if I had ordered at the kiosk and I replied no. I was advised that is how customers have to order. I punched in my request for a medium coffee and 10 munchkins and hit done. Stood there another five minutes while the girl who wouldn't take my order wiped down the counters, refilled the milk dispenser and did other odd jobs. Finally another girl who was busy making drinks asked me what I was waiting for and I repeated the order I had entered at the kiosk. The first girl said there's no ticket and the second one said she was sorry and didn't know what happened. I left empty handed and won't waste my time there again. The first girl could easily have taken my order, collected the money and I would have been on my way but no, she tells me what to do and not the other way around. I grew up with Dunkin Donuts, had my first cup of coffee there 55 years ago. Seems to be in a death spiral. It started when they stopped baking on site. At 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, there were 9 donuts total for sale. I asked where they all were and the guy behind the counter joked that they had been stolen. He did expect me to buy one. I'm sorry if he was disappointed. I suspect my experience is not out of the ordinary. Better donuts to be had elsewhere anyway. read more

My pack and I distressingly pull into this very modern and updated Dunkin location after a not yet finished treacherous journey. We are greeted by a very friendly staff member. Her name escapes me because I am currently delusional. But she had long hair that was half blue half pink and was working the afternoon of 01/05/23. We put together the last bit of money we had to scavenge a meal, our last meal before driving to Atlanta. We ordered our food and one pup in our pack informed her of his allergy to nuts. She was concerned with his needs and was very accommodating. They were out of several items but she hooked us up with other things to make up for the poor supply chain. This woman deserves a raise and is the heart of this location. Thank you Leesburg Dunkin for more memories to add to our journey. I went there at about 7:45am on Dec 31. There were 10 cars at the drive through I almost left but stayed and I'll be dammed if it only took about 5-7 minutes to go through that line. I was shocked, my dog got his pup cup, I got my stuff and left. Great job to the morning team that day. read more

Brand new dunkin. Employees work hard and most of them are new, so you gotta cut them some slack, but they still get my order out quick for florida standards. Coffee hasnt been made wrong yet, so whoever is training the employees is doing well. This dunkin used to be fine, inconsistent like every other location in how the drinks are mixed. Up until a few weeks ago I was happy to play dirt water or milk roulette. One of the food running employees at this location withheld my food until I put my number in his phone (which I declined). He made it incredibly uncomfortable and repeatedly pushed back against my firm no. Eventually I got my food and left. Since then I have been wary about going back and decided to give it another chance a this morning. I was 80% of the way through my egg sausage and cheese sandwich when it fell open and I saw grey/blue/black across the back of the egg puck I had eaten most of. I was already not feeling well from the food and once I saw that I couldn't help but get sick. I don't want to directly accuse anyone of anything, but I can't help but be afraid that this wasn't just an "accident" but retribution for me turning down the inappropriate advances of the employee from the weeks prior. I will not be returning to this location, or possibly any dunkin, despite it being an almost weekly staple for me. I feel so upset and disrespected and want to warn others who may be a target of the same behavior. This is unacceptable to allow employees to act this way towards guests (no means no and propositioning anyone while on your shift in my book is an abuse of the service dynamic) AND to serve food that looks like it has molded over or been wiped across the floor before being served. I was not planning on reporting the instance in which I got hit on, but in combination with how sick I just got from todays visit I could not leave out that part of my review. I understand that a lot of these places are short staffed with mostly younger people, and the last thing I want to do is make things more difficult for those who work in the service industry, but I cannot in good conscience allow this location to proceed without speaking up about my two awful and possibly linked experiences.
