They also give great recommendations and substitute suggestions for seasonal items or custom options that are no longer available. If you choose to listen to them rather than complain to them about corporate policy changes that they don't control. 4 stars for mobile ordering -- it's new to this location and advertised all over the airport, but what they DON'T tell you is you must have a Starbucks card (not just any old credit card) to place your order. Inconvenient to find that out literally in the last step to placing your order. 3 stars to the changes in customizations -- in general, Starbucks has been my go-to coffee fix when traveling. In the drinks I order, I can control the level of sweetness and the type of milk that works for me -- and I greatly appreciate not being charged for my need for alternative milk. Iced drinks are usually too cold for my sensitive teeth, and it looks like they've elongated the light ice (and no ice) options for cold drinks, so guess I'll be sticking to hot. There's no real space to sit and enjoy your order at this spot -- but there are plenty of seating at the terminals. Just no tables. So plan on taking your order to go.

I ordered the Apple Pie Latte, and WOW! absolutely delicious. Warm, cozy, and sweet without being over the top. Exactly what a fall drink should taste like. We also tried the Toffee Cinnamon Bun Matcha (hot), and... that one wasn't for us. The flavor just didn't land, especially compared to how good the latte was. We also ordered a strawberry açaí refresher and that was delicious! The menu is huge tons of options for coffee lovers, tea drinkers, and people who like experimenting with seasonal flavors. For some reason, I'm not a fan of their glazed ones, only the non-glazed (plain). I appreciate the small loaves of pumpkin and zucchini breads. There's also a variety of jarred goods for sale that I like a lot--the pickles, the beets, the green beans, all are flavorful and nostalgic. Counter staff is helpful, gave me some directions that were spot on as to where to find some other Amish businesses that I was looking for. Love this area of Pennsylvania.
