What do I give 5 stars? Well, their coffe is cheaper than the one across and flavors are great for better price. I love to explore the seasonal flavors when they arrive, so I invite you to always try the seasonal. I have the app and I enjoy the rewards every time I get points, and to order ahead of time saves me time. They have jndoor and outdoor seating, no much space inside if you are bringing a stroller, but outside if the weather is nice, you won't have a problem. Th e staff is always friendly and they try to make you feel happy; once they forgot my sandwich and they gave me some potato tos for free in a way of apologizing. Terrible, selfish, and unprofessional service. Business hours are supposed to close at 8pm on the 24th. My girlfriend Placed an order which was paid for at 7:30 on 12/24, this order was for her family. I called multiple times 10 minutes before closing and no answer. I got out of work at 7:40 and arrived to pick up my Already paid order at 7:55. The doors were locked, the lights were off. My money was taken and im left without a Christmas gift which wouldve taken 10 seconds for me to walk in, grab, and leave. Whoever the manager on site was needs to obey business hours or be fired. Ruining Christmas because of your selfish unprofessional decisions is unacceptable. I feel im owed more than just my money back. This is more than a mistake or messed up order. Every day. Every day when I'm going through the drive-thru I'm forced to park next to trash. This Dunkin is decent.. They don't do a great job of attending to customers inside the store, but the drive-they is usually pretty efficient. It just sucks having to have big trash bags 5 feet from your face while in the lane. I've brought it to their attention before, but to no avail. Really disappointed! Staff was great & friendly the place was clean. The disappointing part was the donuts. Hardly any selection maybe 10 different kinds. (3 filled) The Apple fritters were so bland and tasteless we threw them out. The chocolate creme filled were the same the filling was bland and the orange powder was annoying. I never let myself get upset about this sort of thing but after trying to place my order four times unsuccessfully I can't help but feel irate. The woman taking my order seemed completely incapable of doing her job. I ordered one thing. An extra large mocha hot coffee. She replies by telling me they don't serve iced coffee any higher than a large. I reply by telling her I didn't want an iced coffee, I wanted a hot coffee. She says okay and goes quiet for a moment before saying we don't serve higher than large on our lattes. I reply again by telling her I don't want a latte, I want a Hot coffee. She pretended to understand and told me to drive forward. When she told me the price it came out too high and I asked for an itemized receipt. I do not understand why they do not carry old fashioned chocolate donuts. Why is it that from New York to San Antonio they have them, but here in Laredo you have to order a day before. I went to San Antonio a week ago to a Dunkin' Donuts and they had only three left. I was disappointed, but the young lady at the counter said "no, we will make them right now for you." This place is amazing!!! So busy all of the time!! I don't know how they keep up! The store is very clean and the product is always fresh. The only thing that sucks is the locals. They are all so rude. I'm visiting from California and people here in laredo obviously don't understand what a bakery is and how it works. One evil woman yelled at the poor staff because they didn't have the exact donut she wanted. The manager was very polite and calmly explained that the chirstmas tree donuts were seasonal and that the would sell them when the winter season started. Super awesome service.
