Worst service I've ever witnessed in any Dunkin' Donuts, wish there was 0 stars. First off a near full staff of employees, I had to wait at the speaker for about 15 minutes. Waited about another 5-7 minutes at the window, just for them to make me a hot latte instead of a cold one, when I literally asked for less ice. Waited for them to make an iced one, was fully drenched in ice, no extra caramel as I asked. Tasted like straight water. Customers don't want you to rush, they would rather wait longer and have there order correct. read more

This was not a great dunkin location even before the pandemic. I've visited here out of necessity for coffee and donuts because this is the closest location. The staff can be rude at times and they are slow to get your order ready. Many times, there wouldn't be much donut selection even around 9 am! The food and drinks are fine but I really hate coming here because of the above reasons. Last week I was redeeming a birthday beverage in the early afternoon on a Sunday. The dunkin website hours said it was open, so I placed a mobile order at 2:17 pm, and when I arrived around 2:27 to pick up the order at the drive thru, the staff member said it closed at 2 pm, and they will not make my drink! That's very strange to close that early, even though it was a Sunday. If they are closed, they should turn off their mobile ordering! I had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes in order for customer service to re-credit my account! They seem very haphazard with their hours during the pandemic. Case in point, I checked and according to Google, they open at 6am. I placed another mobile order at 6:20 am, only to find out they were closed again! This place does not turn off the mobile ordering when closed! I'm going to have to email or customer service again! Only come here if desperate! read more

This Dunkin can NEVER get an order correct. I have been here multiple times and every time something was wrong. Today I ordered a cold brew, the new one out for the holidays. Sure enough they are out of the flavored foam, always out of something. Whatever. I also order two of the bacon egg and cheese pancake wraps and hash browns. What do I get? No hash browns, two of the sausage egg and cheese wraps. Not pancake wraps. I am highly allergic to the sausage, it makes me extremely sick. Now I am sitting here with these wraps and no breakfast. So it's been many years since I've been to this Dunkin' because the service is horrible. I'll go out of my way to Applegarth Rd or Cranbury Rd. Yesterday I decided to give them another shot. I was in a bit of a hurry leaving work. I placed my mobile order and choose drive thru pick up, only because I was in my uniform from work, and don't advertise. I get there and there is one vehicle at the window and two ahead of me waiting to order. It took 20 minutes to get to the window to pick up my order. NEVER AGAIN! The kids running the drive thru charged me for hash browns and then when they realized the mistake, they tried to get me to pay for both the hash browns I never ordered and the coffee. First let me say that it's hard to mess up a black coffee and glazed donut order at any Dunkin Donuts in US. I've visited this location a few times now and service has been an issue every time. The main problem here is the staff. For some reason, this particular store provides the worst service I've ever had at any Dunkin Donuts. Stopped in earlier today for an iced coffee. I was pulling up to the drive thru and an employee walks out of the building right into the drive. There were other ways for him to get around. The first time I came here, they told me they weren't able to make latte's that day. I gave them a second chance by coming back today. A new girl at the counter tried to make my latte for at least 15 minutes while I stood there watching her, clearly very confused. Nobody working there tried (or wanted) to help her. I got my coffee and the color immediately looked too light. I tasted it, and it definitely didn't taste like coffee... It tasted like milk with sugar. I took the drink back and asked for someone else to make it. While someone else did, who looked like they knew what they were doing, the coffee was still way too light and tasted absolutely nothing like coffee. I can't believe I just had a bad experience at a Dunkin' Donuts. I go to DD hundreds of times per year and this was by far my worst experience. I walked in and was the only customer in the store. They saw me and then went back to what they were doing I guess with drive in customers. I said hi and they never said a word to me. My husband went into this location for breakfast this morning. There were at least 5 employees in the shop and none asked him for his order or would even make eye contact. Wow! I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. I only got drinks so I can't judge food. I got the blueberry crisp iced latte, that I'm always seeing commercials about. I'll get to that later. I decided to go through the drive-thru, because I was in a rush. The lady over the speaker had a glum attitude, and was taking our order really slowly, And, it sounded like she was typing the order in, like she didn't know how to put in order. It took her like 30 seconds to put m,y drink in. The blueberry latte, tasted nothing like blueberries. It just tasted like really strong iced coffee. This place is like an ex girlfriend who cheats on you, but you keep going back to her. They always tend to mess something up with the order and it comes down to the management. I've never seen the owner of this dunkin donuts. It sounds easy, "handing someone a donut" but in this location, that is harder than getting a masters degree. When I first came to this one horse town this was the first eatery I stopped at. It was more because of the convenient location and the urgency to use the restroom. Their service is sub par and the products seem a bit off even in the morning when things should be fresher. Every time you visit this location expect to receive your order prepared differently. Although food quality lacks, as expected, service is atrocious. Too many workers trying to be the boss. One person taking order, calling out order but the other side either doesn't listen, can read an order correctly, or just does whatever they want. Saw worker make 4 orders in a row incorrectly. She made my croissant twice and had to waste one of them. Each time I order a frozen hot chocolate here they are either out of the chocolate, offer me whipped cream and deliver it, offer but don't put it on, or not offer it at all. It's quite a mystery as to what you'll receive here. Donuts are usually a little stale and if you ask for a mixed box of donuts, don't let them choose or you'll get a majority of the same ones they have extra of. Lastly, people hanging outside the entrance asking for change or cigarettes appears to be an acceptable allowance to the store management. It's a turn off to me and believe it's to the other patrons. I see why the majority of the customers use the drive up so their not harassed. I'm watching this process as I type this review. read more

I've only been inside the store once and that was for the Baskin Robbins. No complaints there. I specifically love this location because of the drive thru. The only thing I want to be doing at 6:30 AM is still sleeping. If I have to do one less thing, like get out of my car to get coffee, I'm all over it. The line is usually pretty long, so sometimes I'll pass it up, but when I do choose to wait my turn, it's never a long wait. I usually get coffee and that's about it. If I'm feeling frisky on a Friday though, I will get a donut. Haven't had any stale donuts, so that's a plus! The down side to the drive through is you can't see the donut selection, but I'll give MYSELF one star for that, for being lazy!!! read more
