I have been going here pretty much every weekday for 2.5 years now, and I can honestly say my morning half-sweet Nutella latte is perfect every time with the weekday morning crew. The iced black tea is always brewed well, and they have the perfect selection of sweet treats. I highly recommend trying the cheesecake. They do have a restroom for customers, multiple self-serve coffee carafes, and a loyalty program for their coffee beans. The food and service are always great. The prices are about average for a locally owned shop. The pastries and treats are always cooked perfectly and just the right amount of sweet. They also typically have at least one gluten free option. Their rotating coffee flavor menu is always fun and pairs well with different seasons/holidays. I have tried their sandwiches, quiche and salads too which were all made really well. My favorite over the summer was the mushroom quiche and the mom's pasta salad.

The person they had on deck this morning was frantically trying to take orders and move food from the kitchen to the online pick up area. Three people making drinks and still backed up making what should have been a relaxing morning tense and unpleasant. I want to be clear that every person I saw was doing their best to make things work and this is a systems issue. I like this place and I offer these comments to encourage them to look at their system and find ways to improve.
