Came here for a quick breakfast while in town for work. Discovered DnD offers turkey sausage for an option on their breakfast sandwiches. Due to being in a hurry I decided to utilize my app for mobile ordering. I was able to customize my sandwich for sourdough bread to a croissant with no problem. My office is literally down the street, it took me no time to get there. When I arrived my order was ready to go, correct and prepared neatly. I also ordered one of my favorite donuts an old fashion and it was SO fresh! This location is also very clean and well put together. horrible service just started off. Takes 20 minutes to get a drink even if front of me today in the woman didn't my drink and gave me the wrong drink so I politely she can make my drink the right way she proceeded to make my drink the right way, but was disrespectful and rude about it. I told her I didn't want that drink and it was made wrong, so I handed her the drink as he smashed away from me damn near drop my straw once I got my drink. It's like she forced it into my hand, and then when she gave me my change back, she dropped forced it into my hand, which led me to dry my change, pity chain, so I didn't even grab it anyway she probably needed more of it. My wife and I went to Dunkin' Donuts after church cold, hungry, and we ordered two coffees and two croissants. When we got to the window, my wife asked if I could taste her coffee, it didn't seem to have vanilla in it. I did taste and it didn't seem very sweet so my wife asked the attendant if she could put some vanilla in it and the attendance said "there's already vanilla in it" so my wife said, could you add some more please and the attendant rolled her eyes! I went by the other day at 9:00 in the morning. They had very little selection and the cases were almost empty. They did not even have a glaze donut in the store. She apologized that the selection was sparse. I should have realized but did not. Once I got home after purchasing a dozen donuts they were not fresh. I am guessing the person that usually comes in to make the donuts that day was a no show. Never was I told the donuts were old or I would not have purchased an entire dozen. Very inconsistent, seems like they are always understaffed, doesn't have a friendly environment, and very rarely do I leave in a better mood than when I came. Used to be above average Dunkin location but now I would steer clear. Honestly just go to the Coffee House on K-15 or the COOP a little down further Rock. I had gone into Dunkin this morning to get my regular order and I had seen who I assume was the supervisor taring into one of the women who works there and belittling her in front of other customers. I am not one to get into someone's business but that is about the most unprofessional thing I have seen in a long time and if the next time I go in there and that supervisor is acting in the same manner, I will formally file a complaint against her. There is no need for that type of display, nor do I think her manner of presenting herself in that way would be considered who you would want to represent your store. I am a new customer. Thought I would give it a chance. I have placed 5 orders and every single time they get the order wrong. It seems they have a system for keeping parts of your order separate. Hot food donuts and drinks all separate. Which I understand. But there doesn't seem to be a clear way for putting the order together. Part of the order is always forgotten. One day they forgot my drinks, next visit they forgot the donuts. I tried going inside and they said the hot items were being cooked. Waited 15 mins they had forgot what I ordered. When I was going through the drive thru I ordered a bottle of coke. Which they forgot. When I mentioned it another employee was walking by the window with a bottle of coke that he had just opened, about to take a drink. He heard I was missing my coke.
