If you want the soggy bread with burnt bacon and dried out eggs, and this is the Dunkin' Donuts for you. As seen in my picture, the bacon is so badly burned. Even my dog will not touch it. Surprisingly the coffee was prepared. Exactly how I asked for it, and was fresh and delicious. I may stop here again for coffee, but I will not eat the food here. the food was so disgusting that I should not give it about one star despite the excellent service and the good coffee. Dunkin' Donuts will need to work harder to make sure there is consistency among their restaurants. This one is near the very bottom. read more

Located right before you get on the highway, a good choice if you want to grab something quick through the drive thru.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the state and I am lucky that this one is the closest to my house. Drive thru is always a breeze. I always get the iced dark roast coffee with cream and sugar. This joint version is the best. For some reason they all seem to make it slightly different. Try the dark roast coffee if you havent. It's not that strong but rather taste just right. When they had the Oreo Coolata, that was my #1 drink to get. Sadly no more of those...:( read more

I was hear yesterday evening to purchase coffee. My coffee tasted like hot water with color. I brought my coffee back, which I believe, I pissed the staff off. I like this DD alot. Every time I get coffee here it is always made perfectly and it tastes really fresh. The drive thru is always very quick and I don't think I've ever had to wait in a long line. The workers are always friendly and professional unlike most of the trashy DD workers of the world. By far my favorite Dunkin in RI. Is it me or are the Dow donuts that are made in the Northeast better at Dunkin' Donuts then at other franchises in the country. The donuts I get anywhere new near New England especially in Rhode Island and Massachusetts just taste better. This is not scientific however I I frequent several dunkies from coast to coast, especially in the Virginia area. Visited the drive-thru on a Sunday morning. It was really busy and they were super friendly and fast!

Stopped here because they posted free wifi. So it's just a regular DD with wifi. But I needed the wifi, so 5 stars!

I stopped there today to get a Hot Chocolate for me and munchkins for my daughter. My total was $3.74 and when the drive up window opened and I handed over $4 the first thing the young man said to me was "do you want your change." I was taken aback by this, so after a second I said "umm, yes" and he then asked me if I wanted a receipt to which I replied no thank you. He handed me my drink and bag and then said "have a good night". No change. So I asked for my change. He rolled his eyes and then fished my change out of his tip cup. I am usually a generous tipper, and would normally not want the $0.26 back, but to ask a customer for a tip in my opinion is bad business. For employees who make minimum wage (which in RI will soon be $9 an hour) I'm not going to feel bad for not giving an additional tip. And I don't think I should have been asked to do so. Unlike certain boomers who go out of their way to try to ratio down a business' ratings on social media because the employees dare to speak to one another and the food isn't prepared in a brick oven by Sergîo who just got back from a seven year croissant apprenticeship in Tuscany last Tuesday, I've always been very happy with this location. Some Dunkins you go to and they get your order right about half the time but I've always received exactly what I order here and in a timely manner. I've never had issue with any of the employees and even the drive thru line moves along smoothly. I guess if you want imported avocado toast and a honeycinnamonsoyquinoa latte quarter foam South Parisian medium rare roast you might want to go to a cafe instead, but if you're NOT an idiot and realize this is a convenience-oriented business for working class people this is a great quick stop on the way to work. read more

Decided to give them one more try as this location consistently screwed up my order in the past and staff was rude on phone when I called about it. Ordered a large, a LITTLE on the light side, no sugar. Was driving friends, so I didn't open it until we got home. Extra light, 6 sugars checked off on side. I should have known. I'm diabetic and cannot have sugar. Never ever ever again. Worst Dunking Donuts ever! read more

I rate this a 1 star. Most days it's a 5 but today is raining and it seems like the staff don't care. I walked in and the first staff I see is Linda, looks at me and ignores me and doesn't bother to say hello. So instead she sends over another employee to take our order. And on top of that I needed the two drinks I ordered in cups and politely asked The Manager Liz If I could get two cups since she was standing infront of me, yet again completely ignored. These people need to smile and be more inviting and more engaging with the customers. They look serious, mean, don't care, and walk around like they are dead inside. Usually I love it here but today I don't know if the rain effected everyone's attitudes but personally I don't care, I received poor customer service.
