The ambiance is casual and it's more like a fast food chain for coffee and donuts. Honestly, there are great options for frozen, iced or hot coffee. I've ordered the iced dunkalatte twice and enjoyed it. It consisted of milk, espresso and chocolate flavoring. They also have a wide variety of donuts and options for donut holes. Our little town has been waiting eagerly for a Dunkin' Donuts. The closest one is over an hour away. So this is a BIG treat. This is located right off I-40 and on Jefferson Ave/Neal St. Entrances are on both corners. Beware with the congestion though when trying to pull in. The manager and area manager and all staff of this dunkin should be thoroughly ashamed by the shear level of filth in this establishment. I mentioned to a young lady in the DT there was not any tissue paper in the women's restroom. I was ignored only to ask another employee and then was told they sent someone to buy more toilet paper. I was instructed to use the men's room. The level of filth in these restrooms is not from a busy morning, dust covered sinks and pee encrusted toilets happen after severe neglect. Your system for cleanliness needs to be reviewed and drilled into staff. Time should always be made for cleaning regardless of busy rushes. We've stopped at 2 separate locations and our order is never right. I can understand the sandwiches are not going to look like they are advertised. The coffee in both drinks tasted burnt and not fresh at all which says a lot about a place that you stop for coffee! The reason why I'm writing this review today is because I went through the drive thru on 08/03/20, and I order a medium iced macha latte with light ice and a cake donut. My macha latte was filled in the brim with ice and only half of my cup was filled with my beverage, and the rest was nasty macha foam. I was very upset that I had paid what I had for a cup of ice with barely any of my beverage in it.
