Speedy DD coffee and this one has a drive-thru that is easy to access and easy to exit (No left turns though. Lame!). Inside, clean and bright with the usual DD accessories available. Turkey sausage flatbread was excellent. The coffee was also excellent, especially when I asked them to add a few ice cubes to bring it down from hot-as-the-sun to drinkable temperature. Hubby stopped by Dunkin and picked up 2 Unsweetened Iced Teas with extra ice this morning. When she told him the total $6.38 he questioned her. They now charge for extra ice. If they would put in enough ice to begin with before adding the hot tea to make it cold we would not need to ask for extra ice. It is called ICED tea for a reason. The more ice there is the less tea they need to add so why charge extra. They lost a customer today we will not be going back. I can go to Chick-fil-A and get a gallon of Iced Tea and it still would be cheaper then Dunkin Donuts. read more

This is by far the worse DD location. I went for coffee and had a coupon the cashier did not scan the coupon even though I handed it to him before giving him my card. He said my card didn't work but really he wasn't doing it correctly. Then after I said you charged me full price for the coffee a woman came to the window and said you can use the coupon next time. Sadly...ever since their remodel last summer...the drive through is insanely slow and the employees there today were not very friendly either. I have been going there less and less because i have spent over 10 minutes waiting...when there has only been one car ahead of me. It is the most convenient dd around but the long wait is out of control. There were 3 cars ahead of me today...the one in front of me only got one beverage and when i slowly got to the window there were 4 people standing around and they were just starting my latte. HORRIBLE!!!!! Stopped there to get my husband a sandwich after church. Handed the girl at the drive thru a $5 bill. She didn't grab it & it flew away in the wind. The girl giggled then said Oops! I said now what? No answer. Let a few expletives fly. Other employee said what happened. When I told them they looked at me like it was my fault!!!! I used to go here all the time. The lasted time will be the last time. I orded a bagel with just bacon and cheese. they have done this for me before. I got a egg and scrapple bagel. I said something and women asked if my order was a bacon egg and cheese bagle. No applogy. Told her what my order was. She gave me a egg and cheese bagel. I said something again. she said "I did not take the order" the she walked away. She did not come back for 3 minutes. And I do mean 3 Minutes. The she said " you wanted a bacon, egg and cheese bagel no cheese right. I told her my order again. she gave me bacon and egg bagel. I said something again. She walked away. A few minutes latter another women can asked if my order was a bacon egg and cheese bagel without the cheese. I told her what my order was.
