For their generosity to local schools! Northeast High School's Trivia Friday would NOT be possible without Dunkin'! We surely appreciate everything y'all do for the school! read more

They support the local high school and give donuts weekly. Love that we have a great community support. Super friendly staff

Fantastic experience with Dunkin'! The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to support NEHS school. It means a lot when a local business takes the time to help educators and students in the community. Great service, great people, and a business that truly shows up for its community. Thank you for supporting our school--we genuinely appreciate you! read more

Where are the DONUTS? What happen to "Time to make the Donuts"? How are the lovely employees supposed to represent a company properly? So Many questions. When I asked, I was informed that the Donuts are delivered in the morning. Wait wth! DELIVERED? What happen to making the donuts on site? No wonder they run out of Donuts by 11:30 AM. It is not the employees fault, perhaps the Manager who places the Donuts orders. Or maybeeeeee Dunkin Corporate not supplying their franchises with what they need. Whatever it is, how disappointing for the anticipation of coffee and a donut in the morning. Apparently, that's not going to come to fruition. I gave 3 stars only for the employees, always kind, smiling and apologizing. Do better DUNKIN! read more

Very pleasant employees and friendly. The service is good and they are good about getting drinks done quickly, even when busy. The food is of decent value for that of a coffee shop. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite for the price. The store is clean and they worked their butts off while still smiling, especially on a holiday. read more

I'm conflicted! The toast was soft on the bottom, almost mushy! The FLIES almost ran us out the building. My drink was good. read more

Dunkin' - Bacon Bacon-Topped Avocado Toast - Donuts Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Stopped in today and the staff was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile for being so busy, seems like they are short staffed. My server was Marisol and she made my coffee perfectly and was very nice. She smiled the whole time so I see she is very customer focused. Because of her I will be a regular customer. read more

They were super busy, but weren't too busy to answer my question about my order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Order was made right and made as quickly as they could given the fact that it was so busy. A taller lady with dark brown hair was making my order and was so nice and handled all the orders really well. They really did a nice job. If I get any sweetener in my coffee I always ask for way less so I was confirming with the taller lady and instead of brushing me off like I have been before she was super nice. I give this store a lot of respect bc as busy as it was they handled it well. read more

Service is everything to me. Here eas our experience today:The drive thru line was extremely long and barely moved. We decide to go inside and take out. We saw why it was taking so long: at least 5 employees joking around and not doing anything. A subway employee was leaning over the counter joking with the drive thru employees. When we entered we weren't acknowledged...ever! It took 2 minutes for an employee to look our way and take the order. Once the order was placed they did move fast with it. We also saw a now hiring sign for $12 . I hope yall hire good workers, mature workers, and a good manager to lead them, not play with the crew, like we witnessed read more

They never have what you want and seem to be ran by an idiot. What is so hard about keeping popular items stocked. Real bad management. Pass it up. read more

Unless you love waiting forever, interacting with people that have poor attitudes, and changing your coffee order 3 times because they're out of ingredients AVOID this location. read more

Eewww. Got 6 glazed donuts- they were cold, not room temp, cold like from the cooler and hard. For $9 and change, you'd think they'd do a little better. Better off getting gas station donuts than wasting your money here. read more

Ordered their new cold foam cold brew to see if it is any good. As soon as I was given my beverage there was no foam.....this place just doesn't compare to other DD locations read more

Dunkin' - a drink in a plastic cup on a wooden table - Donuts Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

The ladies that work here are very polite and welcoming; however, the owners are very rude! If there was another donut shop located on my path to work, I would go there instead! read more

I'm not typically one to write such a disappointing review. Nevertheless, this particular Dunkin' Donuts location leaves much to be desired. I've given this location multiple tries just to see if their coffee gets any best but sadly it doesn't. Today I ordered a Decaf Caramel Iced Coffee with cream and it honestly tasted like watery milk. Three strikes you're out with me. I will not be wasting my money at this particular Dunkin' Donuts location in the future. Would not recommend. read more

Every time I order coffee from here it never tastes right. Which I know that can be every dunkin' but the other locations I can tell they put the right stuff in. This one doesn't. They charge me for the extra pumps of flavoring but never put it in there. The owner is also very rude. I tried tipping the cashier one day and he came from the background and basically yelled no tips!! I felt so bad for the girl working. They also don't do pup cups! The one on Wilma Rudolph is way better. read more

There's a lot of bad reviews on this place, but it's my local go-to Dunkin'. I've rarely had issues here. The coffee is always delicious and the service is good. read more

Coming from an ex-employee, I would not go here. The things I saw happen and the way my manger made us treat customers was degrading. Our other "manager" (we called him the tattletale) because when we would help a customer out he would tell on us and we would get in trouble, because if he messed up on a drink (which was quite often) we would gladly remake it and he would tell on us because of it. Don't ask why. Also the same man who tattles also drops bagels, donuts, etc. and puts them back on the shelf after being on the nasty ground. And if we snuck and threw it away and he saw......he would go tattle. So just so you know...it's really not the employees fault if you stuff sucked. That's how they want to run their business. Now the occasional your stuff being good is us sneaking to make it the RIGHT way. That's all. From your fellow ex-DD barista! read more

Dunkin' Donuts coffee hasn't changed much. Which is cool. However, the older gentlemen that works at this location (I'm assuming he's the owner, which is even worse) is just plain rude! He barely speaks to the customers and gets annoyed when you ask for a bigger bag, because he's shoved all 13 of your sandwich's into a small bag or only gave you 1 napkin for said sandwich's. Even though this location is .3 miles from my house, I'd rather go somewhere else. read more

If you get cold brew coffee from Dunkin normally don't order it here. I've gone here over 5 times and it's the same watered down coffee every time. Doesn't taste anything like a cold brew coffee. I stopped going to this location entirely. read more

How hard is it to heat up a bacon wake up wrap time after time it's still cold almost frozen. Today once again a disappointment and not only was my wrap somewhat frozen it was thrown it there all apart! read more

I've come here several times and have never been able to order even when there's NO line because they say they'll be with you "in a moment" or sometimes "in a few minutes" how does it take so long just to take the order so the customer at least doesn't leave?! Go to Starbucks it's right next door read more

The workers were awful and my green matcha latte had clumps in it also the jelly filled donuts sucked

Not the best. I'm not from Clarksville but I've been working here for a few months come here to get some iced coffee and donut. It seems everytime my coffee gets worse in tasting. They put more ice in the damn coffee so it ends up tasting like water. The placement the cleanest and the staff are younger so they really could care less, I ain't trippin but at least have some pride in what you do. read more

Dunkin' - a person holding a drink in a plastic cup - Donuts Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The girls are so rude and with attitudes. My order is never the same even though I get the same thing every time. This place is incredibly awful read more

Reviews are completely accurate. They have stale products. Couldn't even finish my bagel. The coffee is fine but don't get any food bread products here! read more

Worst Duncan in town. I usually do the order ahead so I am able to get my drink and go. Well today there was a really long like in the drive threw. Called the store to see if they could cancel my order as I couldn't wait. No one answered. Went inside and they would not give me my drink. Will never go to this location again. They are always rude, take forever and my coffee is only made correctly 1 out of 10 times. read more

As a visitor to Clarksville, I wish I read the reviews of this place first. Here was my experience: First, the doughnuts. I ordered a dozen doughnuts and arrived home with a box of rocks. They were MORE than the day old. Second: My son-in-law ordered a sandwich. Glad we had a microwave because it was cold (near frozen) when we arrived home. Finally the (?) coffee. I definitely understand that coffee is the big profit maker @DD, but c'mon! It was watered down soooooo badly that it ended up in the drain. For me, I'm glad that for next time there's a McD's almost next door and a Krispy Kreme at the next exit! I can't understand how this place stays open read more

Yup, I still love Dunkin. The new Raspberry Lemonade Coolata is day-glo yellow, not sure if that's good for anyone's insides. Anyway, e staff here is friendly, service is quick, but I'd recommend walking inside instead of using the drive thru, save the planet. read more

Dunkin' - Storefront - Donuts Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

Girl at the counter couldn't speak as we tried to order she just stared at us. Then while finally trying to order she kept walking off. Customer service comes with a smile please try to remember that the paying customers are making sure you get a paycheck. read more

If you don't care about customer service then this is the place for you! We're never greeted, then when we get our order we are never told thank you or have a good day....they have ALWAYS just handed us our order without saying anything. It's crazy. This is the most depressing place to ever get coffee from. read more

I used to work at this Dunkin' and unfortunate for their image, working for them is just as bad as the reviews are from the customers. If not, then worse. The owners are just straight up, excuse my language please, but A-holes! This location's coffee tastes like crap! Extremely watered down with practically no coffee, mainly just milk. They really don't care what so ever about customer service or quality of their products. They're rude to not only their customers but the employees they hire as well. I really don't understand why they even bother to own a business like this is they don't give a single care about the service. read more

Awful, watered down coffee every time I've come here. Was excited to have a Dunkin nearby, moving from Boston, but this place is NOT up to par. I specifically order turbo espresso shots in my coffee to make it stronger, and even that doesn't help. Service is always iffy too. They must have high turnover because employees always seem to have that "first day" confusion. Typically don't get upset over little things like coffee, but it's been so egregiously bad here multiple times. Will no longer be giving them my money. Never thought I'd end up taking my business to Starbucks. read more

One of my favorite places to go for getting out the door early on travel days. They forgot straws, coffee wasn't mixed all the way and was literally half coffee and syrup, didn't realize till down the highway. Asked for my card twice because they forgot to charge some food the first time. Definitely will not be going back. read more

Terrible service!!! Rude cashier!! Ordered Chicken Biscuits shown on the menu...cashier looks at us and says"we don't do biscuits"!!!! We stayed the menu says you do?' Her reply again, very rudely " WE DON'T DO BISCUITS!!!" Worst Dunkin experience ever! read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have nothing against teenagers working (I worked as a teen and have a teen working now myself) when they actually have work ethic and take their job seriously. Yes, dunkin is a fast food chain, but it doesn't excuse their lack of customer service and continued disappointing failed orders. This place is a joke when it comes to patient satisfaction. I have given this place 5 tries to see if they'd turn it around but unfortunately they haven't. They mess up every order, they laugh at customers, they gossip with the window wide open. They mess up something as simple as a glazed donut and an iced black cold brew. Get it together dunkin. All the local dunkins have terrible reviews and need some help. read more

The worst Dunkin' Donuts in town hands down!! The owner of this place has to be using half the amount of coffee that other DD places use. The coffee here is like brown water. I stopped coming here for about the last two years or so and thought I would give them another try. Management is super rude. I won't waste my money there again. I will stick with Lasaters where they are friendly and the coffee tastes great!! read more

Very disgusting, overly sweet coffee, and very dry/stale doughnuts. Everything about this place, is horrible and I don't understand how this establishment is still in business. Their original coffee roast tasted like it had a big splash of lemon in it and lots of sugar. read more

Not good service. Was charged too much and I am missing items from the bags they gave me. Calling them is a challenge. Nobody answers and the recording says the mailbox is full. The recording does not even state that I am calling Dunkin Donuts. The Dunkin Donuts on Fort Campbell Blvd is pretty much the same. Called yesterday and the worker answered with an "Hello". I asked if it was DD and she said Yeah. Asked a question and she had no idea on what she was talking about (I wanted to know if I could order bagels and she said it would be much easier for them if I came to the store....so that they did not have to make them ahead of time ). read more

Sloooooooooooooooooooooowest service. Somewhat worth it if they actually get your order right, but that is hit or miss. I so miss the efficiency and speed of New England DDs. The one on Fort Campbell Boulevard is marginally better. Don't bother ordering a jelly donut, as the last two visits the jelly donuts lacked the jelly. It was just a doughy pile of unfulfilled dreams. read more
