One company came and told us they needed to fix one part and it would be over 1000, but they would highly recommend we get a whole new unit that was at least 14,000. I just felt they were pushing on us to spend more than we needed. Fast forward (we were getting by with our fireplace, space heaters and with our downstairs heater working on occasion) to recently and we finally got it fixed by Larkin! Ben came to diagnose the problem and he figured it out and told us we did not need to get a whole new unit (it was perfectly fine except for the part needing to be replaced). He ordered the parts and then RJ came the next week and replaced it right away and got it working perfectly. AND the price was way way cheaper than what the first company told us we would need to pay for the one part. Great service overall! I definitely recommend them!

When asked if we were mischarged since the local going price was half what they charged and markup on the stuff would bring the cost to roughly the rate I found, they didn't budge said that was the accurate price. Finally I reached out to Aire Serv and Scott A arrived in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and arranged everything so both my heat pump and hot water heater were replaced the same day. Joey and his assistant worked till after dark in the extreme heat to finish the task. I also dealt with DJ who arrived later on to install new thermostat and check on the operation of the unit. All four technicians were prompt, efficient, very professional and polite. I communicated with Lynn through the emails and have nothing by praise for her, too. I highly recommend this company.

Still wanted to argue after I proved where the first line had been marked And he admitted to not starting at the point of reference as stated in the property description instead he started where the measurement had been altered thereby making all other measurements incorrect. All he did was try to solidify the good ole boys club at work here in McDonald county. They were willing to work on my older unit to keep it running when most other companies just tried to force me to replace. Unfortunately, the unit finally died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace. Franklin came out really fast to give me a quote. I had received a quote from another company that was DOUBLE what Franklin quoted. Franklin also really explained everything that would need to be done and had transparent pricing. They were communicative and came back within two days to install my new unit. The team that came out went above and beyond to make sure the install was done well. They even helped me install a part that was missing on the unit that caused a really bad leak from my AC a few years ago. They installed a new thermostat and helped me check for any rebates.
