Do not let the 4 ratings fool you. This is the most unprofessional, dirty gym I've ever been to…read more The owners are rude and don't care for their customers, only about their money. The gym is never sanitized making it a unsafe environment for people to work out, weights are never organized and all over the place, machines are horrible, and it smells like shit. Please don't join this gym!!! To add to all of this, the pictures on their website they use to lure people to sign up are 5 years old and looks nothing like how it is now. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.

I signed up in January and was happy with my experience until I recently decided to switch to…read morePlanet Fitness simply because it is open 24hrs and half the price. Their billing office refused to cancel my membership unless I paid $150, which is well over half the price of the 12 month contract. Absolutely ridiculous. You'd think you would make that pretty clear to avoid these situations, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I was ready to part ways on a good note until this, I will never support this business again and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family to do the same. **there is also zero social distancing in place and not a mask in sight aside from employees.

She had this automatically deducted from her (our) checking account. When she found that she was moving out of state they were VERY, VERY difficult to work with and while working on this they continued to pull money from the account. (Causing other checks to bounce) When I finally got ahold of someone (not voicemail) I was told that it was no problem and they could shut off the account...going forward. Their representative also implied that this could have been done earlier if we had only asked. (I have asked, my daughter has asked, my bank has asked, her boyfriend has asked.) I am not impressed with the "tactics" employed to stall the closing of the account!! If you choose to use their gym services be careful of their financial "arrangements"!! I just looked online and found that others have also had problems with the auto debit services here http://m.ripoffreport.com/r/bobs-gym/evansville-indiana-47712/bobs-gym-would-not-quit-depiting-checking-account-after-canceling-membership-evansville-i-336615

It's…read morea good halfway point and we wanted to check out this location since we tried the other location last time we came through. The locker room here is a bit smaller unfortunately but the rest of the place is pretty spread out. There's a really good size stretching area as well as all the machines are spread out far enough to where you're not feeling cramped. Unfortunately this place feels a little bit dark in areas. Like the lighting is just not there and it was a bit creepy. Like in the very back corner, there's not a lot of light getting there since you can't see the windows so it was just really dark and off-putting. Other than that the employees were friendly and everything was pretty clean. Good for a middle of the day workout!
