One of the best customer service calls I have ever had. Thanks, Drew. Regards, Bill

When I raised my concerns to Janet Christ, I was met with unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior, which left me deeply disappointed. She sent me a follow up email accusing me of sending her what she sent me. I told her it was different and I just emboldened the letters. She did not believe me and asked me to send her an updated resume. She finally looked at the questionnaire again and told me that I filled it out. She did not apologize or admit wrong doing. She finally completed the resume. It was a page and a half, even after she told me beginner resumes should be three pages. Two weeks later my dad called her, she was rude to him, claimed she finished with me two weeks ago, even though she did not recall our interaction. She explained she did not have much to work with and that's why it was a page and a half. This is complete bunk, my past career coach made me a resume that was three pages long and much better. Thankfully my parents covered the 350 for the resume because this was a complete rip off. Horrible customer service, horrible resume. She conned my parents and I, she should of had more integrity and said she could not help me. Instead she conned my family out of 350 dollars. I will never work with her again. And all I can say to anyone considering her services is stay away. The resume she could make is not worth the headache of dealing with her bad attitude.
