I hook it to the back of my spider pull it over and dump the tanks and from the tanks to the dump station as many times as I need but the rates for full-time are really really reasonable and it's quiet and peaceful. It has a small lake which is nice. Some spots have fire rings. They sell Propane on site at a reasonable cost. I have not been here through the winter yet so we will see how all that works out. I would definitely recommend if you are full timer that you can invest in an extended stay kit and some additional bottles so you don't have to move your motorhome or camp trailer down to the bulk tank to get propane the bathroom and shower facilities are well maintained if you choose to go that route When I first moved in, they did not have what I considered to be the perfect space for me but once it became available, the staff was very accommodating and helped me get set up a big shout out to James the maintenance guy. thank you so much for all your help and thank you to the young lady that I talked to on the phone about any issues and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name. I'm a terrible terrible person when it comes to that.

Ya land on the grass strip East of town, taxi up onto the old state road and right into town past houses and buildings - and nobody even looks up because it's such a common occurrence. If you're a history or railroad buff don't miss this stop on the highway. There's a ton of railroad history in this little burg - and it's got one of the last surviving wooden water towers from the steam engine railroad days. The tower is in gorgeous condition and surrounded by a water pump, a BNSF caboose and a reconstructed Depot and (it's a fly-in destination too, remember) a static display old Beech 18. You can stay in the hotel or there's also an RV Park right outside the hotel. Food was great and the service prompt and friendly. What more can ya ask, right?

You may notice the occasional train horn and freeway noise, as it's right off I-35, but I just put on some headphones at bedtime and everything was just fine. The park has many different lots, some pull through and some not. But most that I have seen have power, water and sewer. As others have said, there is a restaurant ( Huddle House ) next to the Flying J / Pilot gas station on the other side of I-35. I'm headed there next. All in all, probably worth a stop for a night or two.

One of their trailers caught our attention and we found ourselves repeatedly coming back to it. Kyle, a rep from Ottawa, wandered over on our 4th or 5th visit and asked if we had any questions. Not wanting to be subject to some high pressure sales I said no and he informed us to simply call him when we did have any. Well we hung around that trailer for a while discussing whether to buy it when Kyle came back. I asked him to work up a full final price quote (price, tax, fees, etc.) and he did. I then said we wanted to i discuss it further and he left us alone. At this point I had some doubts if this size trailer would be suitable for us I found Kyle and asked if they had a particular model (from the brochure) there and they did. We looked at it, Kyle again workEd up a final price quote, and we decided to buy. That was Saturday; in the past 3 days I've bombarded Kyle via text with numerous questions and he's always responded promptly. We picK it up this coming Saturday and I'll update further then.
