He advised he is a small business and that this was an oversight, which is understandable. Original review- I booked a ride to the airport for my mom on Dec 31 for Jan 4, total of $78.00. I paid since that is required by the site to book. I immediately received a cancellation since the driver was booked for that day and time which is fine- but fast forward to today and I see on my credit card statement that this place never refunded my $78. I tried calling, no response- I tried email, it gets kicked back.

I…read morecalled the driver when I arrived and he said he had no idea he was scheduled pick us up, even though we had a confirmation message from the company several days before. I had to figure out how to get a ride back with 2 screaming 2 year olds (each requiring car seats) and a weeks worth of luggage. We ended up getting home several hours after their bedtime. It was a nightmare. The company was apologetic, and the owner told me he would make it right. I understand that mistakes happen, including hiring a flakey driver. But then I was ghosted without a refund, even after I (nicely, considering the circumstances) told him everything I had to go through. See image below of our chat history. I would absolutely not recommend Executive Luxury Services after this experience.
