Two days prior, I purchased a dozen ham sliders and a ham bone in anticipation of seasoning beans and soup. The sliders were delicious! They came with Hawaiian rolls, a pound of ham, Swiss cheese, and garlic butter on the side. I did not inspect the ham bone as it was frozen, and it was quite large. During transport to my home, I kept it in a cooler, and immediately placed it in my refrigerator upon arrival. Surprisingly, two days later I opened it up and saw indication the ham bone was old as it had begun to mold. I returned it to the store the next day, and they replaced the ham bone with a new ham! I was very pleased and delighted to see this level of service. I've eaten and purchased honey- baked ham all my life and this ham is perfect! Perfectly smoked and baked Not salty at all.
