The forms they used were not appropriate for our case, despite my having provided all of this information to them directly. The result was a complaint that misrepresented the facts of my case. I ultimately had to hire an attorney to redraft it entirely, at additional cost and delay I wouldn't have incurred with proper handling from the start. Beyond the substantive error, the process itself was slow. It took them over a month to file once they had everything they needed from me, questions submitted by email routinely took around 10 days to get a response, and I wasn't even told that my complaint had been filed and accepted by the court until 8 days after the fact.
