Very poor customer service, unfriendly phone contact (the florist sounded as if she couldn't give a…read moredamn), and an unimpressive and uninspired bouquet left on the doorstep of my friend's house to ROT, without informing me of their absence or trying to call them either. Currently trying to reach the owner to make a claim and they are not answering the phone!. The aim was to give a local florist some business, and this is what I get. Disgraceful that £42 were thrown into the bin literally! I will complain about this rip-off to the regulators.

Disgusting customer service, cannot follow brief…read more Wedding flowers were not what was asked for. The colours were completely wrong, size etc. When telephoning the shop owner, Bev, she called me a liar and shorted and screamed at me. This is not professional and I do not expect to be spoken to like that by anyone, never mind someone who I paying. My bridal boquet cost £160.00 and was already dead/dying. Long story short, would never recommend. We had 3 meetings, they were sent various photographs of what I wanted and nothing was as requested. If you insist on going there, please do write down in black and white exactly what you want and ensure they make a note of this so that it is not missed. It is not a huge deal, but I asked my boquet to be wrapped in ivory ribbon and it was tied with hessian (which I think is now very dated for the wedding scene and I simply do not like it). The groom's button hole was missing, one bridesmaid's boquet wasn't tied, they all had to be shortened by approx 4 inches and were just nothing what I had asked for. The excuse provided was that I was a liar, and they had a really big wedding the same day... I was shouted at on the eve of my wedding by a very rude and disguisting Bev. The most unprofessional lady I have ever come across (and I work alongside solicitors/Barristers/criminals and believe me, they can certainly be hard work but they were nothing compared to her!). However, the same cannot be said for her colleagues Lisa and Rachel. Both Lisa and Rachel were professional thoughout and couldn't fault their manner and work ethic. Unforutnatley my boquet had to be taken to a local florist to be re-sized, extra flowers to be added as per colours requested (and not included by Bev at Wild at Heart) and re-tied the morning of my wedding (ny poor mam and maid of honour were driving round the whole of County Durham to sort it out when they should have been getting ready with me!). Local florist only charged £4.00 for the flowers and the extra work. Credit to Karan's florists in Seaham who were amazing and saved my boquet, they removed all of the dead flowers and replaced them and added the colours I actually wanted.
