They do a free home service and can give recommendations, I bought my whole bathroom suite from here, but I did not have it fitted with them as I knew someone else to fit for me. They promise to beat any genuine quote and use a whole range of suppliers. If you want decent quality and dont fancy a B & Q special, have a pop in.

Shortly after I ordered our new baby was born, which means I was off work for 3 weeks. I then had to reschedule my jobs and and book back in the work. When I went to fit the new cartridges I could not remove the old ones, which meant I could not fit the new ones. I contacted Bella Bathrooms asking to be allowed to return the unused cartridge back for a refund and explained my circumstances which explained why I had gone over the 14 day returns period. I would have hoped they would of made an exception in this case and allowed the refund, but they refused. They explained they have a 14 day policy, which I get, but I would have expected some flexibility in this situation. It's a real shame as I am a returning customer to Bella Bathrooms. However, because of this issues and very poor customer service, I will no longer be using them.

It is a large building and you are welcomed usually as soon as you walk in with a smile and a hello but then given time to browse without any pressure. They have a huge amount of stock on display, different styes of baths, toilets, sinks, tiles, mirrors, towel rails - you name it, all set out like you would arrange your bathroom. Where they come into their own though is their range of disability baths and aids - dedicated to easy access bathing, a hugh choice to help make bathing and independence easier when you are struggling. There is no pressure for a sale but a laid back ambience, but they take care of everything for you and have reliable tradesmen who work for them to get the job done to a brilliant level with as little inconvenience as possible.

Awful company - terrible attitude from the Showroom Manager & the Company Owner…read more Today the 02nd of August 22, My partner entered the Blaydon remises to enquire about the design and fitting on a Kitchen. To our amazement the showroom manager (Connie Fowler) mocks my partner for not being able to recall the surname of the individual who recommended the company. As the conversation progressed, so did Connie's attitude. After I had the audacity to ring up and complain about the appalling customer service, the owner then shows me exactly where it comes from. I was told any bad reviews would just be removed, then who I assume to be Richard Burns, hung up. An extremely bad experience and would not recommend anyone deal with this rude and obnoxious company.
