The cinnamon bun/scroll is HEAVENLY: think soft, pillowy, buttery layered brioche swirled with sugary, cinnamony deliciousness. I recommend getting up early in the morning to get one of those babies nice and hot out of the oven - I did and I did not regret it. The service was impeccable: I told the guy behind the counter that I was in a bit of a hurry and the food was brought to the table in less than 10 minutes. There is usually a busy atmosphere in there these days as it's become a deservedly popular spot to meet friends and colleagues for coffee or lunch. The brunch menu is good, with enough vegetarian options, and the cooks will also make non-meat versions on request, which is great. The cabinet is full of interesting salads and nice cakes too! Service is prompt and if you don't like your coffee they will remake it without being grumpy about it - as real baristas should. Unfortunately, the coffee does not appear to be Fair Trade - it would be great if this could be looked at, as then the Good Oil would deserve a 5 star rating.
