Not even close I had been directed to use Image 360 by…read morebusiness associates. I have a logo and simple requests for signage. I needed some help with a larger business sign for the outside of the building. After two attempts I finally got to schedule an appointment for a site visit. I accommodated their schedule since I was looking for a quick turnaround they had promised on the phone. As I was sitting waiting for our 9 am appointment I received a call that they would be late but still be there that day so the time was changed to 3 pm that day. I again waited for someone to arrive but received another call that they could not make it that day and offer to reschedule for another week. I asked if we rescheduled would we still be able to get the finished product in time. I was answered with a pause then a apology but they would fit me in for a visit that Friday morning and my install would be scheduled even without a final product. Thought the beginning of that call I felt forgotten by the end I felt like they were going to take care of me seriously. Friday came and Ben was there on time. He was very rushed but said that I will have the proofs and have a sit down to go over them by next Friday. He took notes and quick measurements. I received an invoice and payment expected prior to the proofs to be viewed. I later had to email him picture to match the style of my building since he did not do it at the site visit. I heard nothing so I called Thursday and set up my own follow up and proof viewing. However when I got there at 1 pm the proof was not done. He denied we had a meeting to go over the proof but said I would have them for the holiday weekend to go over. By 6pm that night I did receive an email with proofs but signs were nothing like we had talked about. The effort put into my project was maybe 5 mins of work. Awful experience overall.
