I went in looking for bushes and walked out with a full education from Kori! She was amazing and so knowledgeable. I'm 25 minutes away and have 5 nurseries closer but in passing it and stopping I am so glad I did. The bushes look great and even the loading experience was top notch. I'll be going back for more soon as Kori made the buying process simple and a wonderful experience. read more

Heard great things about this place and was excited to visit. Nursery had a lot of great options; however, staff was not helpful (did not say hello, did not ask if we needed help or had questions after being there for over 30 mins). We passed several staff members (multiple times) as we were looking and not one word. I bought 3 different items with a gift certificate but won't go back. Left frustrated and had a terrible experience. Visited Holly's Farm & Garden several months ago and experience was a completely different- extremely helpful and friendly! read more

Absolutely fabulous place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! We were on vacation and stumbled into this place. We found several metal art pieces and earned a free plant. We chose this (I can't recall the name of it). It was just about a foot tall when we got it and it's thrived here in Illinois. The colorful pot was also purchased here. Prices seems fair and reasonable. We will definitely be back! read more

Duncheon's Nursery - Nurseries & Gardening Near Me - Land O Lakes, Florida

Lovely nursery, smallish but great selection. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Glad we found it and the planted we purchased were nice and healthy, at fair prices. read more

After discovering Duncheon's, I don't think my family and I will go anywhere else for our plants and gardening necessities! Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable and nice, I love chatting with the workers for their opinions on their favorite plants and recommendations. Their prices are super reasonable, they have a huge selection of plants and just things in general, but if you go and only get one thing (apart form your plants), get their soil- it's INCREDIBLE. It's totally saved our plants! read more

Love this nursery and the selection! They offer some unique plants I have trouble finding at other places, and some Florida natives! I spent a long time just walking around and checking everything out. They also have a lot of pots! The lady that rang me up helped me carry my dragonfruit cactus out to my car which was so nice because it did want to keep falling over in the cart. I will be back, love this place. read more

They have a good variety of plants and pots. All employees I interacted with were very knowledgeable and helpful. They had a moving sale going on which is 20% all plants. I got a decent amount of plants spending under $100. Will definitely be back. read more

Love this nursery, been going there since we moved to Wesley. Great service and their selection is abundant

Had a lovely selection of plants, including ones we hadn't considered. Staff was very helpful. Will be returning in future seasons@

We attended a Bonsai Workshop this morning at this facility. We were given all required items to build, maintain, and take care of our own Bonsai at a low price. The staff were instrumental in assisting and instructing us through all our issues and concerns. There were numerous directions and pathways to complete the Bonsai work of art. We were given complete autonomy each step of the way. We met other participants and staff. we had a really memorable adventure today. read more

Literally the best nursery I have ever been to (and I have been to A LOT). I'm from Orlando visiting family from Tampa and we came to this nursery and it was amazing. GREAT prices (everything you see pictured including pots were $57), they were having a Memorial Day sale and pots were 20% off and plants were 10% off. I had an amazing experience here, the staff were so pleasant and helpful and I can't wait to come back. read more

This is a great local nursery. There's so many plants, flowers, succulents, pots, etc. to choose from. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I could probably spend hours just looking around in there. The only dislike is when it gets busy, the parking is tight and not too many spaces to choose from. read more

*DO NOT BUY MILKWEED AT THIS NURSERY!!! They sell Milkweed with insecticide sprayed on them!!! *The Milkweed killed almost all of my caterpillars because I did not know that the Milkweed had insecticide on them, sadly. Those caterpillars that survived, by me taking swift action to try to save them, are not pupating completely and are dying! *Sadly, I had expected DUNCHEON'S nursery to know the very basics about buying and selling Milkweed! There should NEVER-EVER be insecticide on Milkweed!!! *I removed what caterpillars I could save, and placed the EIGHT MILKWEED PLANTS Outside. No bugs will go near them! *The nursery WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THERE IS NO VOICE MAIL! They close at the least bit of rain and say that there's lightning when there's NONE present! What kind of business operates this way?! *SHAME ON DUNCHEON'S NURSERY!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW UNETHICAL YOUR BUSINESS IS, AND HOW YOU HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! ***If I could give you ZERO STARS, I would! read more

The milkweed plants from this nursery probably had insecticide on them. The Monarch caterpillars didn't eat the leaves as much like plants from last year Addtionallly, two butterflies emerged from their chrysalis with deformed wings and couldn't fly. we've moved caterpillars to Milkweed from another nursery in hopes of ending this issue. A dozen chrysalis are soon to produce Monarchs and fingers crossed they are healthy. Flowering plants from here are beautiful and doing well. read more

By far the best experience I've ever had at a Nursery! A very cute nursery with lots of selection, great prices, and awesome customer service. Cree took care of us from the get go and helped us decide on the best replacement tree for our yard. We are both novices at landscaping and wanted a Crepe Myrtil. She answered all my questions about what color to pick, how to plant it, prepare the soil, etc., and they even helped us load it on our truck! Their prices are more than fair compared to your local hardware stores. And the plants are very healthy. We feel so good about our purchase and are more than ready to plant and maintain it. read more

Excellent ,good prices ,knowledgeable people, great selections, variety, different sizes of plants and lots of pottery

We spend a bit more than a few dollars here. All of the plants we bought did not survive. I have gone back many times to ask what can I do to make sure this does not happened. Same answer "you water too much." Or perhaps you need to water more. Here is an example: last flower I bought a night jasmine. It's not fragrant. I try to talk to someone there about it. Answer; well it's only in the early morning that you can smell the fragrance. Or must be watering too much. read more

Our Homeowners association spent thousands of dollars with them (almost $5000 in the past few years) and they made a giant fuss over $5. Yes, that's FIVE DOLLARS!!!!!! They insisted the $5 be paid and as a result and won't extend credit because of it. I say LOL and good riddance!! Keep your $5 Duncheons, the lost sales in the future will way exceed that! Plus the sad little flowers from Duncheons were definitely not worth the money paid. Better off at Walmart for a much lower price and healthier looking flowers. read more
