This was our first visit today - and we have found our new forever plant nursery. The service was beyond impeccable. Everybody was so kind and helpful. Not to mention knowledgeable! Just a really exceptional experience! And we love our new plants, soooo much to pick from! It just goes on and on and on! We had our toddler with us, and the staff even showed him how to feed fish in one of their ponds, he had so much fun. There's also a beautiful waterfall too! prices are amazing too, such great value for the vast selection. Thanks for making our whole Saturday, we had so much fun!!! read more

Kim and Angela are fantastic! I was in search of a potted lemon tree for a friend's birthday. I called and spoke with Kim earlier in the day and by the time we hung up, I knew exactly what I wanted. Arriving 15 minutes before closing due to heavy traffic, they swiftly helped us and completed the transaction before 5 PM. Professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! read more

I loved the number of plants to choose from and the landscaping design. However, I asked for Salvia and got plants I specifically said I didnt want. I debated to say anything but finally did. I was told that they could replace some of the plants with saliva but they never came by to replace. There were a few times I called after I thought some of the plants were dying. I was told to wait since we had cold weather. They are now dead and I am being told I have to pay for replacements. I am disappointed. read more

Great inventory of plants and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I love this nursery!! Its a bit of a drive for me but always worth it. The staff who work there are ALWAYS friendly and so helpful! I recently purchased Abutilon tree (Chinese Lantern) and the leaves were wilted when I purchased it but I found it way in the back of their building and just assumed it need some water. Well I spent a few days watering it and it didnt help. I was nervous I would lose the tree and lose my $60 so I called for help. The person I spoke with was very helpful and told me what to do with it. I moved it out of the sun, watered twice a day until I replanted it (waiting for it to be healthy before replanting in case I had to return it). It is no THRIVING on my screened patio. Discovered it did not like direct sun here, its too hot for it. Its beautiful and Im so glad I bought it! read more

Phenomenal healthy assortment of choices! Pricing is competitive and reasonable. Knowledgeable and helpful staff! Great orchids too!

I can't tell you how disappointed I was with their non-return/replacement plant. I purchased this plant on May 7 and it died. I took it back today May 15 To exchange itand they said "once I walk out of the place the plant is on it's own" .. I have extremely healthy plants. I know how to care for plants and the principal was that they just lost a customer due to the fact that they wouldn't exchange I'll plant that died in less than 10 days. I didn't want to refund exchange a plant for a healthy one. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am telling all my friends how disappointed I was with this type of customer service! read more

I am a fan of the nursery and Knowles staff but not a fan of the design staff or process whatsoever. He was in such a hurry when he finally came, very insensitive and abrupt not listening to anything we said. Clearly not wanting to take the time to understand our wishes and provide insight and ideas. We will be using someone else and your competitors for all our plants moving forward. read more

We can here first about two years ago and had the misfortune to encounter an employee (a heavy set man) who aggressively approached us and would not give us the space or leave us alone even after asking him to back off in no uncertain terms, so we could look around. It was such a a strange encounter we left and didn't return until until about month ago after moving to a place nearby. We had a great experience with a helpful, polite employee (a young woman in the houseplant area) and found a great deal on a nice plant. They have many beautiful plants we liked very much and looked forward to returning. We need a lot of new plants for our new place. I returned a couple weeks later to buy another plant and thought the price for this plant, pot and tray was unreasonably high with the plastic tray alone costing $4. The total was near $100. Seemed outrageous for one medium houseplant and pot but I bought it anyway. When I had first arrived before shopping, I was instructed to park in an area away from the parking lot bc they were trimming a tree and at that time I recognized the heavy man who had harassed us the first time two years ago. After purchasing the plant and pot I was told by a much younger employee that he was told to help me back out by the heavy man. I didn't think I needed help as it was a straight back and out but whatever. I began to back up and looked in my rearview mirror to skinny kid behind me frantically indicating that I needed to sharply turn the wheel as I backed up and thinking maybe he saw something I didn't, I complied. This caused my car to hit a nearby plant. Irritated by his yelling and wayward instructions I ignored him and began to back out correctly but by then another employee stood in front of my car frantically yelling as well as the heavy set man standing a good 30 yards away began yelling too. Beyond irritated by this point I rolled down my window and asked them to stop yelling but was blithely ignored by all three as they all kept yelling competing orders at the same time. Mind you, it was still a perfect straight back situation. WTF, I'm wondering if they are all jacked up on mountain dew and tree trimming day. They all seemed to be extremely enjoying the competing screaming at me. It was obvious any moron could back straight up without thier "help". Thanks to the idiot behind me though that didn't happen. Finally, after successfully backing up straight back, I began to leave and approached the entrance which is blind to the sidewalk and two bikes come shooting across the driveway. It occurred to me that with the sidewalk sightlines being blocked by the plants and fence on either side of the driveway they could use some caution signs on the sidewalk and or driveway for the occasional bike/pedestrian traffic. Just sayin. Mostly though my extremely unpleasant encounters here at landmark are due to the heavy dude who seems to tell the other employees what to do and who wouldn't get out of our faces a couple years ago and recently encouraged his employees to basically harass the hell out of me bc they thought I couldn't perform a driving maneuver which amounted to backing up in a straight line. The audacity and unbelievable beligerance of the competing screaming and yelling from all angles by several employees really p***ed me off to say the least. I'm very put off by this incredibly weird heavy guy and the other employees who seemed to get off on surrounding my car and screaming at me and I will find another nursery to shop so I don't encounter him or them ever again. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I won't risk being harassed while I'm doing it. They just lost all my future business which is going to be a significant. Landmark and their crazy employees can kiss my a**. read more

Looking for plants and landscaping ideas for the house. This is the most beautiful nursery I've ever been to. There is such a variety of flowers, shrubs, trees, and everything else you can think of for your Florida yard and garden. Plants are categorized by amount of sun needed, native/non-native, etc. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Took lots of pictures for garden ideas. I am SO happy I found this nursery!! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for plants again! When I arrived I honestly had no idea of what I wanted or even where to start so I strolled through and just couldn't believe all the different types of plants/flowers/trees here! Any type of citrus tree you can imagine, they have!! (I know what I'm putting in the backyard) I came here to decorate my pond though. I was helped by a woman who obviously knew her stuff! I showed her a picture of my pond and what I had done so far. She automatically knew exactly what to show me, it was like she read my mind! Haha! She really helped me envision the potential I had! You will NOT get this type of service at a Home Depot/lowes garden section. Hands down. She explained to me what every plant was and how to arrange them to best compliment my pond. I left with a beautiful plant to use as my back drop and I fall more in love every time I see it. read more

Landmark Nursery - Wonderful pond arrangement she made to show me! - Nurseries & Gardening Near Me - Tarpon Springs, Florida

Like all good nurseries, Landmark looks like a disorganized jungle, but this is because of the number of plants they have available. The staff was excellent and took me directly to what I needed, I bought two palms with delivery and planting, and they were put in the weekend after the purchase. My only complaint was that I was charged more than the price marker showed, and I was charged two delivery fees although both were delivered together. I should have but did not complain when I bought them. The trees have been in for several weeks and are doing great, so kudus to the staff. read more

Beware - Spent $4,000 last year. Will not return calls or honor warranty. Rude, arrogant, broke multiple sprinkler lines when planting,

Found this nursery on Yelp and I'm so glad I stopped by. Our landscape was in desperate need of a redesign and I have next to no plant knowledge. I showed Austin a picture of my space, gave him a idea of my vision and he quickly put together a plant arrangement that looked amazing. It's easy to see he enjoys what he does, which made shopping for flowers fun. This will definitely be my go-to nursery. Thanks Austin! read more
