Even so my girlfriend was forced to run her credit. Finally by some, miracle we were allowed to leave with a car we had already been approved for. Throughout the process I felt worse than a second class citizen. As if we were trash and that our $60,000 we were paying did not matter in the slightest. Took a risk I shouldn't have and trusted everything he told me, runs great etc. The coolant reservoir was empty, and low engine oil, both should've been red flags. 2 weeks later I take it in to a radiator shop because ever since I had it coolant just leaks out right away. Turns out this truck sat for a long time and he had to have know that and of course didnt telll me that. Well now I have a 1100 dollar repair bill with a handful of things to repair. When I brought it to his attention he says things happen it's an old truck and acts like he didnt know anything, says that's what old vehicles do, doesn't take responsibility. I made the mistake of thinking they had decency and it turns out they have none. Learn from my mistakes and don't buy from them. If something is wrong with the vehicle like all the other reviews say, you wont find it out till it's to late, run away now!

This is dishonest and unethical behavior, especially toward a young college student who acted in good faith. What they did borders on theft. It's heartbreaking and infuriating to see how easily people in positions of power take advantage of young adults who are just trying to navigate life responsibly. These students are the future of our communities and our country, and yet they're forced to deal with abuse, dishonesty, and complete disregard for fairness and integrity. I was 450 miles away from Chesapeake so I wasn't able to take it back for them to fix what they did wrong, it the. I took my car to a shop where they found out that the seat belt cable got cut, sharply cut, like it was done in porpoise, they think it was done with a bolt cutter. So basically i was afraid of any dealership work ever since but then I went to these other guys in Christiansburg to fix the airbag light, ABS light and actuators "tic tic" annoying sound (I called "my helicopter"). They did a professional job from the beginning. I dropped my car that morning and they called me a couple of times to give me estimates, explained step by step on what they was doing and the car was ready that same afternoon. The price was fair since I was expecting to pay way more and the service was very professional. Good job guys!

We only saw one sign that I guess was supposed to direct us to the temp location, but said sign got us to the wrong building (Chevrolet). The Subaru guy who made the appointment apparently had zero intention of helping us and passed us off to a Chevrolet salesman who subsequently, guided us to a Subaru salesman. Yea for him. However, the icing on the cake - the Outback of interest had scuff marks and what appeared to be a white stress mark in the black trim between the driver and passenger doors. And, on the inside, one of the corners of the sunroof was abnormal. The other new Outback of the same color was in repair due to "delivery" damage. I wished I had took a pic of the stress mark. Andy went above and beyond when we failed to get one of my 6 year olds treasures out of the door of our trade in, he retrieved and held it for us until we could get back. There turned out to be an issue with the used car we bought that surfaced right away and they repaired it even though they had no contractural obligation to do so. Stacey in the service dept was a dream to work with. We will be back next time we need a car because they earned our loyalty.
