I imagine I'm like most women--and no offense to Dr. Calvert--but these kind of appointments are not my favorite. Dr. Calvert and his staff and very kind and friendly. This went a long way towards helping us feel at ease. We ended up deciding to have the surgery. I decided not to read any "scary" stories online and instead trusted my entire outcome to Dr. Calvert and his staff. I'm so glad I did. Surgery can be very frightening and I'm not gonna lie: I was scared. I will always be grateful to Dr. Calvert for reassuring me that everything was going to be alright right before the anesthesia took effect.
