I can't say the same about the big brand pharmacies. I never wait in long lines there! It's a great, locally owned, progressive pharmacy.

It was to late to go to the VA, so the Er doctor call the prescription into the Walgreen pharmacy for the pain medication. The pharmacist refused to give him the medication because we were paying out of pocket or that was the excuse he used. He refused to call the ER to verify. Now my husband can not get the pain medication because the prescription is locked in at the Walgreen's deta base. My husband just has to put up with the pain because the pharmacist wanted to play GOD.

I work at a restaurant nearby and I have walked by Butler's every time I go to work and I can see in the window, an old-time counter for ice cream and soda. In need of a milkshake, I decided to try out Butler's. $3 and some cents for a milkshake hand-dipped from an ice cream container. None of this inferior soft-serve stuff and the price was almost better than the milkshake. I chose a Cookies and Cream milkshake because the only chocolate flavor they had was Rocky Road. Rocky Road doesn't make an easy milkshake. The menu behind the counter suggests all kinds of ice cream soda drinks. This is a pharmacy and it was a very busy pharmacy. The choices are limited on the ice cream but the price and quality is hard to beat.

She called to try and fix it and the owner of Butlers was completely hateful and did not try to do or say anything to ease my grandmother in any way possible. In her words "it's a wonder i didn't have a heart attack talking to him" because he was so rude and careless to an elderly woman who is just trying to make sure she takes the medicine when she needs it.
