You order at the counter and they will call your order number when it is ready to be picked up. The young lady delivered ours to our table about 15 minutes after placing our order. Speaking of tables, there are not a lot, probably a dozen or so with a few stools at a counter. I ordered a double hamburger combo with onion rings and a root beer my wife ordered a cheeseburger combo with fries and a root beer. Their burgers are smash burgers with a slightly crispy edge and an amazing beefy flavor. I mean these were really really delicious burgers. The onion rings were very good and we preferred those to the fries. Fries were good but the onion rings were just better in our opinion. We didn't order any ice cream but a table next to us ordered a banana split and it was huge and looked like one of those banana splits seen in a commercial. I mean it looked fabulous. Prices are about average for these days but for freshly prepared food with the burger having such good flavor, IMO, worth the price. Only knock; I wish they had a soda machine in the lobby where we could refill our own drinks.

The bun was soft, not warmed but at least it wasn't hard. The chopped onions were the right amount for the size of the hot dog. As a heads up, there's no mustard or ketchup on the classic so if you want it make sure you ask for it to be added. The food came out within a few minutes and the young lady who delivered it was pleasant and dropped it off with a smile.
