Mostly I got voice mails, the largest roofing company locally told me it would be three months for them to help me. Most others never returned my call, except Badger Roofing. I explained to Chip my situation and even though they were booked up and busy also, he made time to personally come to my home within two hours of my call. Chip went up on the roof and found the vent which was not properly sealed up from the original construction; now it had come loose to the point of allowing rain to go through in to our attic and down a light fixture. Chip had it repaired within 15 minutes of his arrival and he explained everything to me. Great job, super timely, very professional and knowledgeable. Justin came out and his bid was just over 3 grand with oversized gutters (I have metal roof and steep pitch so we needed larger gutters) with leaf guard covers. We live in the north woods of WI so leaves are everywhere but not in my gutters. He is meticulously in his install and his work with the customer. He actually fit in my install on a Sunday because he was doing another install up here. Once done he cleaned up any metal chards and any other debris he made. We both checked out his work and all was great. He did the work last summer and this past winter everything held up perfectly.
