Sadly, Tuesday evening came and after a phone call to them, the owner said that someone else had scheduled the service for Wednesday. Needless to say, that required a start-over process on my end. I'll own that perhaps I should have been in voice contact rather than relying on the messaging system, but the service was quite responsive through the Yelp system. Mistakes happen, but can't really recommend this company.

I was told they could not find the driver - then told they would send someone else. The dispatcher quit answering my calls (had caller id). Eventually told the "new" driver would be there in 45 min - he was on the road - he arrived just over an hour and 15 min later. He didn't want to move my furniture - told me I needed to do it - I asked him to leave. So then he moved furniture - could not move most of it back as he did not have the "tabs" needed to put under the furniture - banged into my verticals, banged my walls profusely. They had done a terrible job anyways. So then l hired JKS Roofing and Repairs which was James and Justin to finish the Siding and do the Caping around the windows. They did a worst job and when the Siding started to fall off my house a few weeks later l called them but they would not answer my calls and texts. Now l had to hire a third Company which was this company. The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.
