Only Benjamin actually phoned me up immediately and came up with a price that beat everyone else. We were disposing of 2 sofas and 3 large club chairs to make room for new furniture being delivered, and Benjamin and his brother had everything out in about 5 minutes. I am very pleased with the price as I know a portion of it goes to the dump fees. We will absolutely use them again and its great to know they offer moving services, too. Highly recommend C & X Junk Removal and Hauling!

David was quick to respond to the call for a bid and at my home within an hour (or so) to take a look at the job. I continued to seek bids because it's always good to have at least three. Based on the other bids, the bid I received from Martels was very reasonable and the attention to customer service & professionalism just gave them that more of an edge. Bid accepted, date of project set; on time arrival, quick to finish and left the area cleaner than it was before. I wasn't expecting that at all! Above and beyond service right there. From the very start, I was immediately impressed by David; his attention to customer service and professionalism. That continued until end of project Get yourself 3 bids then just call Martels.

Duane confirmed my appointment a few days in advance which I thought was very professional, however, never showed up on the appointment day, when I called an hour after our confirmed time, he said he was having phone problems and to call his office to reschedule, but I never got confirmation. They had me call the next morning to see if they can fit me in that day. Once I got back on the books two days later, he was 6 hours late and could only do half the job. They didn't bring any tools so they used all of ours we happened to have. We noticed one of our tools was missing when they left. When they arrived the next day to finish the job, we confronted them about the tool and they returned it. A few hours later, we noticed some Airpods were missing, and after using the 'Find My' app, discovered they were in one of the workers pockets. He claimed he picked them up to return them but come on. The owner also left his workers at our house for two hours without water (claiming he's grabbing water) - his workers were asking us for water in 110 degree heat. All around absolutely unacceptable as a business. There's plenty of people who do this in yucca, go somehwhere else

Monday morning, he called to say he was in my area and would this be a convenient time. Absolutely. He showed up with a crew, ready to work. He was fair in his assessment of the pricing and the time it would take. He promised to come back for the extra bits that couldn't fit on the first round. And he did. The job was done in record time. They were friendly, efficient and accommodating. I expect to work with DCB again, for some of the other services they provide- yard work, property maintenance and generally keeping an eye on things. Great experience. Happy to add my review to the others, which is what prompted me to get in touch with him in the first place. All true.
