We scheduled an estimate window from 11 to 1, but the morning of, Zach called and said they were running ahead and asked if they could come at 9:45 instead. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable. They were respectful, focused, and in and out quickly, and I was genuinely relieved to have those items gone. Only note: I prefer clearer pricing upfront.
