We have been customers of DuMor Water for as long as I can remember - 40 years or more. Vicki Stutzman has always been helpful with directing us to the right person for the best solutions! We have had a Kineticto water softener and love it because it uses very little salt, which means hauling fewer bags to the basement. As much as I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, Dumor really lacks in basic customer service. Communication can go a long way but They consistently did not return phone calls and when we did connect they could never give any updates as to when our RO installation would take place. In the end they offered a refund on our deposit, but that took another 4 weeks to get. Deposit paid in 12/2/25; refund in hand 2/25/26. Called another local company and had our RO system installed within 5 days of calling. read more

Their customer service is incredibly lacking! I've had a technician come out four times now in the past three months and every time he fixes my kinetico system, it works for a few hours and then it stops. I have no ice and no water YET AGAIN in a household of 5 people and no one is doing any about it. Every time I call to get it looked at the first availability is a month out which means absolutely no help and no water! What a sorry excuse for a company who claims to be Christian! read more

Terrible customer service. Kept billing my mother for service after being told the final bill was the final bill then kept sending bills

Terrible water company to deal with. I have been cancelled on more than once. Every time is an excuse. They add me on the schedule however I got put at the bottom of the list like I had just called that day to get an appointment. They dont make cancellations a PRIORITY like they should. Not once was offered any compensation for them wasting my time. The managers poor excuse for that was we have to come out first before we THINK about compensating. Their staffing issues/shortages are the customers problem...CLEARLY. Just avoid DuLess all the way around and call Aim or Hawkins!! read more

I had DuMor our last week to repair our water softener. The technician was friendly and had the repair completed under an hour after he arrived. I'm only giving three stars because it's too early to tell if the repair has worked yet, and because 4 days after my appointment I realized he never bothered to plug my water softener back in after he was finished. I couldn't figure out why my water wasn't soft this morning and went to investigate. The women I spoke to when I made my appointment were fantastic and friendly. read more
