I did my usual shopping around (and found other places prepared to match their low price) but since it was their offer and it was close and convenient I called them back and booked the car in. For choosing them they knocked another $10 off each tyre price! 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment was done quickly (about 1 hr) while I headed to a nearby cafe that they recommended. On paying I didn't notice at the time (but did later) that they even charged less for the wheel alignment than quoted. A friendly bunch. I'll happily return.

Instead of…read morechecking the car or offering help, the mechanic laughed at me, spoke down to me, and dismissed my concerns without even opening the bonnet. He made it sound like the problem was catastrophic and then told me to 'get it out' and park down the road, saying maybe he'd look at it in a few days, all while laughing. Also repeated "you cooked it". I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I then drove one minute away to another mechanic who inspected the car immediately and diagnosed the issue in under 10 seconds it was simply a broken belt. No customer deserves to be mocked or treated like a nuisance when they're worried about their vehicle. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business for anyone looking for an honest and respectful service.

I was served by Jamil who was by far the BEST salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. - he knew the vehicle inside out, from design, technology, manufacturing, comparative models, specs, etc - he showed us all the features of the vehicle - he even went to the trouble of showing me how I could connect my phone, use voice commands, integrate video from my phone and use maps - on top of that, he even showed me the vehicles around the dealership that were in the colours the model was available in Stop of his experience, knowledge and high level of customer care, he was polite, professional and genuinely passionate about the cars - which may sound like simple qualities you would expect to find from any salesman - but after previously working in the automotive industry and having just visited 12 dealerships (across various manufactures), Jamils service was far superior to any other experience I've had. INCREDIBLE SERVICE I can't recommend highly enough that anyone wanting to buy a Honda speak with Jamil! Thanks again!
