I did not have the name of the painter who did this previous job. Without even asking, the store manager started digging through over 1000 invoices that were in a 6 month range. She did this knowing that I am not a professional painter or a high-volume buyer, but a simple retail customer. After we found the colour, which took some work, I explained my current project and was given the best products for the job. I was advised to have 1 gallon turned into spray cans as this is best for the use of stencils. The prices are better than a large chain like Rona or Home Depot. The people who work there are all very knowledgable. I highly recommend buying paint here or even calling for expert advice for your project. If you are doing your own home renovations or any other project, you should have the experts at Cloverdale Paint help you. PS. I noticed a lot of professional painters come in while I was there. I'd say they are great for professionals and other commercial customers based on the traffic and general friendly, "know each other" attitude I observed.

Had to contact them at least 4 times before I finally got a response - a phone number for Powermatic. Contacting Powermatic, I was told Ultimate Tools is the distributor and thus has to deal with it. I received a single possible solution (replacement board), which did not fix the issue. It is now April/22 (about 4-5 months since my initial contact), and I'm still without a working air filter. Powermatic has not returned a single of my 5-6 voicemails, and getting a reply from Ultimate Tools is not much better. I'd understand if I bought a $20 fan, but this is a $1000 air filter. I don't say this lightly - STAY AWAY!!!!!

Apparently the gift receipt is completely useless as my daughter did not like the necklace and wanted to return it. Here the issue started as Swarovski Canada appears to be one of those companies that refuses to give your money back and will only allow you to exchange! This is a scam, if someone isn't happy with a gift, the gift receipt is used to return the gift. There should be no question about returning the money paid for the unwanted item (so they can purchase something they do like and want), instead you are only allowed to purchase from them as they hold your money hostage, so why bother with a gift receipt at all? I have over the years purchased a couple of necklaces (A floating heart, a circles within circles pendant and a crystal pineapple about the size of a fist), so you have now alienated me from ever purchasing from your stores again and I will make sure none of my friends or family return to your stores either!
