One side is for "sick" kids so make sure to sit in the right section. The rooms are spacious and clean as was the entire facility. It's located in a building with a church and a CPA office. It looks like a large house so I passed it the first time. I thought my visit was very pleasant so I'll be using them from now on.

I looked online on both Yelp and the clinic website and this location is listed as open until 9pm and available for walkins. It was 7 pm when I looked this up, so I felt I had plenty of time and wasn't going to be one of those butthole customers that show up 5 minutes before closing. We drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to see a tiny piece of paper on the door saying "we are closed" another saying "X-ray broken" and another saying "at full capacity" (even though they were closed and there wasn't a car in sight.) It's 2023. Update your website with your hours. There's even an option to indicate it's temporary so patients don't get confused. Don't put "accepts walk ins" in your business plan if you can't take new customers - as indicated by one of many pieces of paper on your glass door. While this thankfully was not an emergency, I indicate that it's 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to illustrate how frustrating it is to drive 40 minutes round trip for nothing. When an up to date online presence would tell any stressed, overwhelmed parent they should just head straight to the er and that 40 minutes could be put toward the long er wait times. I finish this post with a question. If this office can not figure out something as simple as the internet, are they really reliable enough to help you in an urgent situation with your children?

Going to find a doctor who knows how to properly examine a newborn next time. Recent visit was a total waste of time. And he had his son shadow him who he said is in med school, anyone who knows anything about medicine knows you shadow before med school not during. If you're a resident you're hands on he was not. And to bring an extra person into the exam room that shouldn't be there is unprofessional when dealing with a newborn baby with a reduced immune system and who was born prematurely. When our son was born, we were able to schedule his 1 week check up pretty quickly and met up with Dr. Desoutter. She was very friendly and we felt very at ease with her. She answered all our questions and we never felt rushed.
