She was great to work with and very professional with all of the family photos. We really liked the way our night photos turned out as well. Our second shooter for our wedding day Billy, was great to work with! He was creative and made sure to help get every shot on my list. I am very disappointed with Bellagala. I filled out all of our artist forms on the website in detail. The artists were not able to view them, so it was very frustrating that I filled out all of those form details on the Bellagala site only to have to kind of go over them all again. It created more work for me and the artists. Bellagala worked with me to fix it but just said that everything was coming up fine on their end even though the problem persisted. They never offered a concrete solution to the problem and it was very frustrating and disappointing.
