I've been seeing Dr. Howell for the past year, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and some of the best customer service that I've ever had from a doctor's office. They really care about the success of the patient. Since my front teeth kept chipping due to the fact that my bite had my teeth right on top of each other, my dentist recommended this facility. I was a little nervous because I was actually thinking of getting braces after only needing teeth cleanings for 37 years without even having a cavity! After my first visit, though, I was totally at ease. They gave me choices, gave me an estimate for how long I would be under treatment, and helped me to understand the cost and payment. Invisalign is what I chose, and I'm close to the end of my treatment. I have to say that it's been a great experience with Dr. Howell and his staff of great assistants, and I really liked the fact that he also had Invisalign while I was being treated. He could understand and empathize with me if I ever had questions or concerns. They always made me feel welcome, and problems were always resolved with no worries. Overall, I would highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs.
