Needless to say they made her feel very bad for having cavities. The next visit went ok he was able to get her numb because he waited for the numbing medicine to work. The visit today was a completely different story. He gave her the shot, put his gloves on and proceeded to start drilling. He didn't even give the medicine time to work. She felt it and instinctively pulled back. This made him mad he proceeded to tell her that he wasn't dealing with it and told her she would have to find another dentist. He didn't even try giving her more medicine and finish what he started. If you can't deal with it Dr. Simmons it's time to retire. It's dentists like this that make people not want to go. There is a dentist in Greensburg that I highly recommend and that is Dr. Bobrowski at Bobrowski Family Dentistry. He is patient, kind and compassionate. The only reason she didn't go there is because they don't accept her insurance.
