Really don't understand the hype about this place . This is my third time here and disappointed as always , I really tried to like it . The frozen yogurt on many occasions didn't taste right , very melty , the toppings look like they haven't been changed in who knows how long, not very sanitary during these times to have people self serve toppings either .. yuck Also didn't see any fresh fruit toppings just sugary goodies . But the toppings they offer are at least fun , huge selection The employees are clueless and not friendly at all . For the prices here it's not worth it at all . My friends and I often come here for the $6 all-you-can-fit-in-the-cup fro-yo deal on Wednesdays. It's a good bang for your buck. They have a lot of variety of flavors; my favorites are the birthday cake and marshmallow. They recently got a pistachio flavor that is good too. They have a lot of fun toppings like cookie dough bites and popping boba. The staff is constantly wiping down the handles of the fro-yo machines and the topping bar. My only complaint about this place is that on occasion the fro-yo has tasted weirdly sour, like it had gone bad. However, that has happened very infrequently. If you're in Glen Cove on a Wednesday, it is definitely worth stopping in. read more

We were debating upon two places in the area and chose this one because of its 'great' reviews. We asked for samples and both of the new flavors we tried tasted spoiled. We decided to just play it safe and go with chocolate and we put sour patch and cookie dough toppings The chocolate tasted so bad and spoiled it sort of tasted like alcohol and i wasn't able to even eat it. The sour patch kids were so hard they almost broke my teeth and the cookie dough fell apart into dust pieces in my mouth. Everything we tried tasted old. I'm really disappointed. read more

Stopped in today to check out Dulce Delights Bubble Tea. The place was clean and the owner was very nice. The frozen yogurts looked great, tons of options for toppings, will definitely be bringing the kids in to check it out. The Bubble Tea was good, seemed a little watered down but would stop again for it if in the area. Looking forward to coming back again to try the many yogurt options. read more

Haha I went here a few weeks back, and I remember I got two yogurt flavors but the one I remember distinctly is the Dulce de Leche. PURE JOY IN A CUP. It wasn't too sweet or bitter at all, and it was perfect consistency! Not watery :) I also tried the Mochi topping for the first time, and I found it yummy. I was wary to try this topping because friends have said that it wasn't all that great. I tried it again recently at a Red Mango, and it was disgusting. So I guess whoever makes or wherever Dulce Delights gets their Mochi from is great! It's also large, spacious, plenty of seating, and clean! Great for friends to meet up at or a post-date dessert spot. They also have cupcakes and bubble tea, neither of which I tried, but I would next time. I cannot wait to go here again! I love froyo and eat it in the dead of winter when its snowing outside. This is somewhere you have to check out, and a place I will definitely be going back soon. There ya go! I decided to drag my bf here because of the great Yelp reviews. This place is a bit hidden so we actually passed by it a couple of times. There is a wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Here you could also buy saucers (round ice cream sandwiches) and ice cream mochi (bonbons). The serving cups are gigantic. The smallest cup is probably Red Mango's large cup. I checked in for the 10% off offer but the employee said she didn't know anything about the deal and her boss never mentioned it to her. She was completely clueless as to what checking in Yelp meant. All in all, it unfortunately wasn't worth the hype. The froyo wasn't bad but it wasn't exceptionally great either. read more

I have been eating açaí bowls for a long time and tried a bunch of different places on Long Island and this is one of the best. The bowl was very full especially for the price that was much lower compared to others I've had in the area. I will go definitely be back for my healthy lunch/snack! read more

I rarely write reviews, but I needed to write this one to warn everyone that this place is DISGUSTING. Every time I walk in, there is a weird smell and the place seems dirty. The yogurt always tastes old and spoiled, and often makes my stomach hurt after I eat it. Also, you can just tell that the toppings are super old and never changed. Since I don't like the yogurt, I tried the acai bowl and that wasn't any better, the fruit seemed dried out, the granola is stale, and the acai doesn't taste good at all. I gave this place too many tries and I now understand why this business is completely dead, and it is safe to say I will never return. read more

My kids had been bugging us to go there forever, so we gave in one night after the Spring Concert. They had a nice selection of frozen yogurt flavors, and surprisingly the frozen yogurt is really good! The downside is that you pay by weight, so if you take the kids you really have to monitor them! They do have coupons though and one day a week they have in store specials, so that helps keep it reasonable. read more

i would say pretty decent froyo and ice cream in a upscale looking brick building in glen cove. this place is really nice in it's interior decor with its high ceilings , bright lights , stools with square tables and leather padded bench by wall seating . the variety of froyo and self serving toppings will make any sweet tooth very happy. some ice cream selection , cupcakes, bubble tea, etc. i usually get nervous with the self service froyo machines cause i always assume that the machine will keep cranking out froyo and not stop until a mountain of mush is on the floor. my decision was simple for me nutella and cookies n cream mix with a boat load of assorted toppings. i enjoyed my creation which at 8 bucks was well worth it cause the same cup would cost me 11 bucks at red mango or 16 handles and with yelp check in you get 10 percent off. i said before and i will say it again, when frozen yogurt taste just like ice cream without the bitter after taste or lacking the right amount of sweetness then that's good enough for me . i will be back after i catch a movie when i am in glen cove or when i am in the mood for a sweet treat. read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star... The fact that the sign by the register at this place says " please do not EACH your yogurt before paying" just goes to show the level of brains the children (yes, everyone appears to be under the age of 15 ) who work here have. The yogurt taste awful time and time again and when it is mentioned to the staff they just stand there with a blank stare. Pretty sure I went to get vanilla (a flavor that's difficult to screw up) and soap squirted into my cup. Awesome. Again, no concern from the staff even after I shouted " eww soap is dripping out of the yogurt machine"... The girl looked over and pretended not to notice... Good one. Even if you are lucky enough to get actual yogurt from the machines, it instantly melts. This place is so not worth the trip. Bad yogurt + bad toppings+ ridiculously bad service + extremely overpriced= just go somewhere else. read more
