They carefully covered the floor and furniture from any further damage. As soon as the electricity was back on, they were there with the dehumidifiers and fans. Keith checked in every day until the place was dry. His careful and conscientious surveillance prevented mold from setting in (which would not have been covered by our homeowners insurance), and his documentation allowed us to collect from insurance. Keith was there for us every step of the way, and thanks to him and his team, the damage was minimized. I could not have asked for better service and I would call them again in a second. Banner knows how to work with the complicated requirements for insurance estimates, as well as permits and inspections. They are straightforward in negotiations, which I personally appreciate. They were willing to work with us on improvements and different things we wanted to do ourselves. They clean up after themselves and their crews and subs do good, thorough work. Ultimately, they finish what they started, which is more than many contractors in the area. They're not cheap, but they are fair and they do things right the first time or they fix it. We will probably work with them again in the future.
