Attorney Jeff Yazel,…read more Wow, there's so much that I can say about how Jeff Yazel handled my case a few years ago but I'll keep it brief. First of all, Jeff did such a wonderful job until 9 years later I still feel indebted to him which is why I'm leaving him this review. First and foremost he took my case over from another attorney who quit on me and dropped it in his lap. Attorney Jeff was kind, compassionate, professional and skilled at what he does. Because my case was in such a mess when he took it on we didn't win, but he made sure I was not taking advantage of. I would use Mr. Yazel again and again because he earned my trust and respect and I'll never forget that for as long as I live. KJ

Jeff Yazel recently served as my attorney in a personal injury lawsuit......let's just…read moresay......very similar to a dog bite. I couldn't have been happier with his service and my results! He handled my case in a very professional manner, even though the circumstances of my case were rather juvenile and ridiculous (no fault of my own!). I will happily refer any of my friends or family to Mr. Yazel, and trust his ability to handle a variety of offenses in a reasonable, pragmatic and logical fashion. Jeff did such a fantastic job with my case that he is also representing my father in a case involving a horrible traffic accident. I am very thankful that I found Jeff to represent me (after consulting with a few other attorneys in town that did not show any interest), in what turned out to be a pretty lucrative lawsuit. I hope I never have to file a lawsuit for an injury ever again, but if I do, I will be calling Jeff. Thanks!!!

I interviewed at least a dozen attorneys before I found Chet Templeton. From the first telephone call he asked what I wanted the outcome to be, I told him and he said " What I just win the case"? I believed in him from that point forward and hired him to represent my son. Never in my life have I seen an attorney work so hard, so diligently. He was always available to speak with me even just to ease my mind on the process. And he is very reasonable in his fees. Nothing hidden, straight forward. He ALWAYS had my son's best interest and treated us like family. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident. And to top it all,he is AMAZING in court. Needless to say he got ALL my son's charges dismissed and my son now has a second chance at life. If you EVER find yourself or your family in need of agressive, professional representation, this gentleman is your man. He will fight for you!! I can't thank you enough Mr. Templeton for what you did for my family. You're definitely the BEST!!!

DD participant - project workshop…read more The workshop was held in downtown Davis inside the Historic City Hall which is now a restaurant, Bistro 33. The workshop was conducted by DUI Attorney, Denis White Jr and his law firm. Participants were provided alcoholic drinks of their choice (x5) and conducted breathalyzer per each round. The results were recorded on paper. It didn't take much for some of the participants to go over the limit and be considered DUI. The drinks that were chosen were Moscow Mule, Mint Mojito, Rum & Coke, Blue Moon Beer, and Midori Sour. The five participants were made to guess how drunk they are after each drink and then blow in a breathalyzer to see how drunk they really are. The project was filmed and will be available in YouTube after editing. What a fun group! So much laughter all around. Of course, these things aren't funny in the real world if you drink and drive. Atty Denis gave some interesting scenarios and tips and lessons to the group. Of course, as the participants progress to each drink (they have to complete 5) the group got louder and sometimes boisterous and profanity started bouncing off the walls and you can really tell the effects of the alcohol in each of them. They also had to take a field sobriety tests and not sure how many of them passed. I know my hubby didn't. This certainly was a wake-up call to all of them. Appetizer food was provided and they were all delicious! We all had a great time. Joann and I were designated drivers to our +1's. Remember, drinking and driving is a no-no but if you need an attorney, call on Denis White and his law firm to represent you. It was nice knowing Denis but I hope none in my household will have to use a DUI Attorney. Thank you, Brandon, for inviting me and jR to your first one of a kind UYE! Review #0987

All these years later, we found ourselves needing his services again. Feels kind of strange leaving a review for an attorney. But, I thought it was important because it's difficult.....not only to find a qualified, experienced attorney.....but also someone who doesn't make you feel like he's talking down to you. Actually, his whole office is really great too. I really appreciate Dan's communication. We never had to call his office. He seems to always call us or email us with updates....right before we thought of reaching out to see how things were going. He was very straightforward with us and knew how to set expectations regarding our case. It's nice to know that if we need this type of service again.....we know where to go.

Ms. Alves showed compassion in listening to our experience and was extremely knowledgeable in advising us in our next steps. The Cease and Desist letter she crafted was formidable and played an instrumental role in getting this attorney to drop all monetary claims against us. After losing that amount of money, I could no longer afford an attorney.
