Owners are very kind and helpful. They keep the machines clean. They closed while my clothes still had time left on the dryer and they allowed me to finish. They dont want peoples outside wet (possibly dirty clothes) brought in only to use their dryers and have signs posted of this. It MAKES SENSE people! Keeps machines clean for everyone. I think this place and its owners are better than most laundry mats. read more

They are very discriminating. I have never seen a laundrymat where the owners single out and embarrassed people in front of other customers. read more

Just wanna take a moment to let people know do not come to this laundry mat.. the owners followed all the customers around watching them, and the woman stood right behind me with her arms crossed and the smug face.. I will never return to this place... super weird.. read more

To give a negative would be ideal. Rude management, poor equipment, closely watching you every minute, and dirty facilities. Machines don't work well. Don't waste your money or energy. If you are a person of color, get ready to be watched and monitored. The older women working at the front desk got into two altercations with customers while I was in the establishment. read more

I'll be honest, I don't have a ton of experience with laundromats, but I've been to this one numerous times over the summer and have always had a great experience. There are always plenty of machines open and lots of tables and chairs to use while you wait. There's also a tv and you can get soda and candy from the attendant behind the counter. There's always an attendant and they're super helpful. My coins got jammed in a machine once, and the woman immediately came over when she saw I was having trouble to help me out. All the windows along the front let in a ton of natural light, making the whole experience feel clean and bright. read more

Very good laundry place. Clean and with tv and magazines for your entertainment. Instead of using the washing service at the hotel (that you know it is expensive... $10 a shirt??!!! ) I usually bring my clothes here and they charge me by weight. The owner is very friendly and accepts all your directions nicely (starch, cold water, extra bleach, etc). If you are in a hurry... as long as you bring your clothes before 10 am, at 3 pm is ready (no extra cost). I stay close to the airport... this place is just 10 minutes from it. read more

Went in to do laundry, very clean place. Then I saw they would do my laundry at a great price so I dropped it off. Picked up 8 hours later, all clean and folded or hung! Love this place! read more

Be very wary of using the drop-off service. Among my items that I dropped off was a jacket, that was not returned. Was told I must be mistaken, that it was at home...Definitely not here, remember putting it in the basket because it needed to be cleaned. Tore the place apart just to be sure. No accountability. read more

Worst laundromat ever, owner was racist, and kept harassing us about the washer and dryer being too full when we only had one small basket of clothes and just kept following us around the laundromat while we was waiting for our clothes to be done. Felt so uncomfortable that we had to step out side to wait until our clothes was done. Never going back here. This place need to be shut down!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

This laundromat is extremely dirty, and the people who run it are rude. They were touching peoples clothes as soon as they were finished and starting a line for washers because there weren't enough. Breathing down our neck the whole time, we decided to wash 2/6 loads here and went elsewhere to wash and dry our clothes read more

Great service, I work out of town and drop my laundry off here for the wash and fold service. They do a great job, and none of my clothing is every missing like other towns I have worked in. Not sure what people are complaining about, it's. a laundromat, not a 5 star spa. Any laundromat I have been to, they don't want you to overload the machines. read more

This place has no heat on. The lady there acts like she can't understand or hear a word that you're saying. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The people were not very pleasant that owned the place. Not to mention we spent $50 on a small loads of laundry. Very high priced. Dryers don't even work that well. And don't try to put laundry in the washer or the owner will tell you you're putting in too much after eyeballing you down every time you put clothes in each washer I highly recommend going somewhere else read more

Machines work great. Clothes are washed in as little as 25 mins in the big front loader machines and 23 mins in the smaller front loaders. Machines are always nice and clean and never have that nasty musty smell that some places do. I always use the newer dryers which work pretty well. Although they take about 30-40 mins to dry the heavier loads the short wash time makes up for it and gives me good time to fold the quicker drying things. The owners are nice and keep to themselves. I would highly recommend coming in early to get your laundry done on the hot summer days as they do not have A/C. And the place is pretty clean although the carpet stains from spilled laundry soap can give it a dirty appearance. Other than that your clothes come out clean in a timely manner what more do you need from a laundrymat really. For these reasons i am giving it 4 stars. read more

I have used numerous laundrymats and Dugan's is towards the bottom of the list. I can tell you the owners are.not named Dugan for one thing. Machines are old, the place in general just looks smarmy and dirty. Customer service? Yeah right. The man who I assume is the owner lirds around and only says anything to people he thinks inks are giing.to break his old and worn equipment. First and last time here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

Went here to wash our dogs' blankets and towels. I was surprised how clean the space was and the quality and availability of the washers and dryers. The attendant was super friendly and they also had a lounge area with a tv to "pass the time" as you waited for your laundry to finish. Looks like they also provide drop off laundry service as well! Prices were fair as well! read more

Terrible. Wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE! The woman working the laundromat is extremely rude, in your business the entire time, and told me that my two small loads that my home dryer could fit were too big for her industrial size commercial dryer. I took my wet clothes out of the wash and left. I will never go here again, and I hope that no one else does either. read more

The man that works there is very mean and disrespectful. Was screaming at me but I couldn't understand a words he was saying, Stared at me the whole time I did laundry kept coming to check if my washers were done . I was in the corner on my phone the whole time didn't move a bit so don't know why he was so upset. When it was time for me to go he snatched the cart out my hand said I couldn't take it outside even tho I had like 4 bags another man who was there doing his laundry helped me and took some of my bags to my car will never go again even if I have to drive across town idc . read more

Recently moved and been trying different laundromats I go to this laundromat quite frequently, and it's always the same. The staff can be helpful when the washers don't start right but they also follow you around and tell you to use more washers and divide your laundry up. I think what is important in a laundromat is the community and trust me nobody is friendly here. Every time we come we get dirty looks from just about everyone. Go to a different one. read more

Rude service! The lady working is more concerned about how hard you shut the dryer doors than actually providing friendly customer service. 2 separate visits bc of a broken dryer at home and each time it's a struggle to get her to make change or to speak! Bottom line: Machines work fine and prices are fair Marginally clean facility Vending machines are broken And the service is awful! read more

Got in and out, plenty of machines available. Went in morning bc it gets hot with the dryers going. This laundry mat beats using/waiting for hotel laundry facility that only had 2 of each machines on each side of the building. This was close and convenient in safe location! read more

The man it this place could care less about how much you spend there. All he cares about is how many clothes you put in a washer and dryer. The carpet looked like it had never been vaccumed or cleaned. Washing machines were filthy. The dryers smelled like something was burning. The guy in there was very rude and was watching me and my mom the whole time. read more

I do my laundry here because it's the closest to my apartment and cheapest one I can find. however the people who work here are very rude. they are always giving me dirty looks when I was my laundry and tell me there's "too much" in the dryer or to use a different dryer when i've seen people fill the dryer up with 3 loads of heavy laundry and I barely put 2 loads in. have been putting the same amount in the dryer since july. another time they watched me put all of my wet clothes and money into a dryer and start it (the same amount i have been putting in for months) and then made me move them all to a different dryer, when the original one didn't have an "out of order" sign or anything. also very rude about that encounter as well. they never smile or act even a little friendly. if I had somewhere else to do my laundry i'd never come back. read more

This is the first coin laundry place, I've ever been to. My washer was working, but my drying machine inexplicably decided to stop working. Dugan's came to the rescue in fine fashion. Many thanks to the gentleman proprietor who taught me how to start the drying process by hitting the bright green button labeled, "START". read more

2stars because its clean and its functional but that is being generous. Old equipment, dryers don't dry very well. I am assuming because they want us to put more quarters in. I would rather pay more then deal with that game. No customer experience, not sure owners can speak English or want to . I would love to find a place when I am out of town that takes credit cards, has good machines and that I can get in and out quickly. Dugan's is ok at the very best but if I have an alternative I wouldn't go there. read more

You are the best!! Love this laundromat I will go here from now on!! You machines work great an your dryers do too your not yelling at me and pulling clothes out of my hands!! read more

Place is clean, no children running around screaming and I've always had a pleasant experience. If you try to overload the washers they will call you on it as they should! The people who complain about their laundry being taken out of the washers by the owners are writing some of the bad reviews on here, shame on you for overloading the washers and then complaining, you idiots! You realize overloading breaks washing machines and doesn't clean your clothes properly. Only reason for two stars is because I wish they would learn more English and pick up their telephone. It's disrespectful to own a business in a country and not speak the language, this is why I stopped going here. I actually found another laundromat where they speak English and pick up the phone, it's called Gateway which is the same distance. read more

Came here because the place we usually go was packed. It is definitely not the newest, decor or machines. The attendant is just in her little corner of laundry doing the drop offs while her kid (I'm assuming) is just meandering around (not a big deal). Its quiet, everything seems to be in working order, and football is on the tv. No real complaints. read more

The people who run the place were very rude. They tried to kick us out because we load two small baskets worth of clothes in the big washers. Then afterward we tried to put the clothes in a dryer that clearly had a label where you could put 5 baskets worth of clothes. The lady came and told us to come separate the load into two. She then stared at us the whole time we there. I am never going back to this place. I would recommend you guys to boycott this place. All they care about is taking your money and trying to get you to use as much money as possible!!!! read more

This Laundromat is terrible, the dryer don't dry the clothes, I used $5 and my clothes where not dry, my white had dirt still on my clothes, The attendant wanted me to put two blanks in a $4 washer. I will never use this laundry every again. The attendant follow me throughout the Laundromat and was opening up my machines, this place is terrible. If you think Im not speaking the truth make a visit there. read more

I would give double zeros if I could. I enter the Laundromat to employ the use of their dryers and washers. However, there was a lady there who I assumed it was the owner. I started putting my clothes to the machines when she came and said. No more clothes there. I did not know what she meant, so I asked her. What do you mean? then she point out to the machine. To which I replay, Oh okay. Then she when around checking all my clothes event pulling them out of the machine and said. Don't put to many clothes there. I said, I only put a comforter there!. I was a jumbo machine so I tried to wash the comforter and the pillow cases. The lady was very rude and continued to pull my clothes out of the machine. I changed my mind about doing my laundry there, but I had already started a load so I had wait until my clothes were done. The dryers are so old and they malfunction so the dryer quit working after 8-9 quarters which I reported to her. But the lady got so mad, and started mumbling thins between her teeth. I asked her it there was anything wrong, to which she replied, shut up! At this point the lady freaked me out because she started making a fists with both of her hands and continue to speak in whatever language she was speaking. She was speaking a foreign language, she was not speaking English very well. I felt very threaten and unsafe in that place. All I wanted was to do my laundry. This was my first time there and also my last time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more
