Their Caesar dressing is hands down the best, with real anchovy flavor that makes it extra bold and authentic. I always order the Margherita pizza but swap in their spicy tomato sauce... absolutely delicious. Such a perfect pairing with Imbibe's pour-your-own wine spouts, and they make some of the best Old Fashioneds around. The Imbibe staff truly make the place feel like home. If you have a special selection, I believe they'll even make you an order. I've gotten probably every type of liquor in there and tried tons of new additions, which I love having in my selection at home. The workers are all very pleasant and greet you when you enter. They have music nights, tastings and a wood fire pizza oven, which I haven't been able to get to just yet. Love this place and will continue to give them business reasonably priced and aren't trying to make scam like some of these liquor stores around town. Definitely give this place a shot, especially because they're in the middle of town and the selection is the best. Have a great one and see you at the next spot.

We tried the meat and cheese board- it's decent, nice variety of cheeses. We also tried the pepperoni flatbread that was okay. Server helped us choose wine based on our preferences- we are not big wine drinkers and thought we would expand our senses and try new things. Had a white blend that was really nice and followed with a sweet red that tasted like juice- it was so good. We didn't finish the second bottle so they packed it for us so we could enjoy it at home later. The bottle wine list was expansive- I'm sure you'll find one you like. Server checked on us regularly and offered us samples so we could make our selection. The venue has a lot of events so it's worth checking out... lots of neat things to do for an outing.

Pick anywhere to sit , order your beverages and light snacks at the counter. They have a cute little free library near the front entrance. Find a book, read it there or take it with you. We went for a special event -bubbles, boards, and bingo! What a fun way to enjoy an evening. Who doesn't love a nice glass of bubbly. They have a good selection of bottles to buy; mostly from Paso Robles and Napa/ Sonoma area. Average price for a glass of wine is $10 or so. The place is not too big and not too small. It's just right, especially for people who don't like large crowds. If I could make a suggestion, I would suggest maybe better prizes for bingo or better options at least. Keep people motivated and interested! The service staff was doing the best they could , but I think one more staff member would have helped a lot. More efficient and productive!

We loved it so much, not only did we dine there, we ordered a bunch of food to go and drove it home to heat up and eat the next day. The next day food was just as great as when we ate there. It just has wonderful dishes. Founder by Nick Uricchio, and his son Steve they opened Uricchio's Trattoria, clearly a family affair. Sadly, Nick died some time ago. He was the nicest guy and always had a smile on his face. His nick name was Papa Nick. He always said hello to the customers and was just a doll. Go in his honor. It is just as great as when Nick was there. Steve is usually there to greet you and he is wonderful. Uricchio's Trattoria offers a great selection of appetizers, soups (a must) and entrees to satisfy anyone. They have fresh seasonal dishes prepared with care from Executive Chef Raphael Hernandez who has been there forever I think. Parking is easy. Make a reservation, you want to do that. It gets crowded. We have been there without one before and loved sitting at the bar and eating. Anything with shrimp is great. All of their pastas are great. We loved their spaghetti and meat balls. Their vegetables are made right. They don't consider it something just to toss on your plate. They are al dente and so great. Their Linguini pasta with shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels in a tomato basil marinara sauce is my favorite and they have the best salads and desserts. It is a must stop in Bakersfield. The place is beautiful.

Seated for dinner with 90 minutes to spare before our show. Waited an hour for our food because they were understaffed. The food was spectacular, and our waitress (Micah) worked so hard for us. We were really pushed, but the manager (Clair) took such good care of us. Food arrived 5 minutes before we had to leave, but it was so tasty! Leftovers were better the next day. I give it 5 stars because of the overall experience. Great cocktails, great service, spectacular food. Definitely will go back again and again.
