Long story short the the building I moved into has some issues with the roof, specifically water leaks. They came out and not only tested the roof but were patient and generous with answering all the questions I had from simple to complex. They are very professional and courteous, and fun to talk to. To the extent that they came back and did some repairs even though that's not really what they do but they were so simply they were happy to do it.
