Unprofessional seller I ordered the product on May 2nd. It…read moreis now May 12th the seller has changed the delivery date repeatedly without notifying me. The seller refuses to respond to my emails. They do not understand why they have changed the delivery date over and over again. It is as simple as writing an email to me to let me know that there will be a delay. I let the seller know that I needed the item as soon as possible. The original delivery date was supposed to be only a few days away from purchase date. We are now over 2 weeks late and the items still has not arrived. Very unprofessional non-communicative. We'll never buy from this company again. Just to let you know there were other sellers on eBay that had the same exact item for a lot less and we chose to go with Smith's because of their reputation.
