He demonstrates his knowledge and professional judgement in every step and delivers the desired cut with the client's best interest. The appointment flew with ease because of his thorough knowledge of each piece of equipment. I could tell throughout the entire appointment, that he loves, enjoys and takes great pride in his work and the service to customers seriously. Very happy with the service I received from Andre today! I've been putting off getting a professional cut all of quarantine. After reading the other good reviews I thought I would give it a shot. After texting Andre about his availability I received a prompt message back discussing location, pricing, and grooming needs.Throughout the cut Andre checked in to make sure I was completely satisfied. Due to Covid-19 your barber wearing face mask and gloves is the norm. What you don't often see is a barber with Covid-19 prevention certifications like Andre. This is a testament to his value and respect of his clients health concerns. If you're reading this review, you've probably put off a haircut for far to long. It was about 3 years since my last professional haircut. My prior experience ended up being my worst hair cut ever.. This drove me to buzzing my hair off. With my wedding coming up, I knew I had to do something special. Found Dre; great cuts and reviews and super quick response time. Messaged and got in short notice (messaged Monday got in Wednesday). He's awesome! He listens, attentive and executes exactly what you want and is able to give options. I went there originally with wanting to get a boring buzz, left with an amazing wow factor cut; fade to my hair and beard. Went over his service completely. You cannot find a better deal in town or beyond. Whether I'm going across the Altamont to convenience of my own home. He has found a customer for life! read more

Dre was recommended to us by a family friend. I was a little reluctant with everything going on(covid19). I went ahead and booked anyways as our friends had a really great experience. From the moment of contact, Dre was very nice, thorough, and easy to talk to. I felt at ease once appointment was booked as he made me feel assured that he took all cleanliness/disinfecting very serious. Upon arrival, he introduced himself to my son and I. I've got to say this was a great experience. Andre texted me about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to let me know he'd be there shortly. He arrived on time and was ready to go. Prior to the actual haircut he explained all of the precautions he takes as it relates to Covid-19, shared his certification with me, showed me his tools of the trade and what he does to sanitize them and asked if i had any questions. He even brings his own barber stool! I received a great haircut, great conversation, and fantastic service. I highly recommend Andre and will definitely use him again. read more

If you are in need of a great haircut and excellent service Andre is your guy! He comes right to you and let's you know about his sanitation procedures as well as his certifications. My 10 month old needed his first haircut and we were not sure how he would react. He was a bit fussy and we still were able to get his hair cut due to Andre being so patient with him. My husband who is very picky about his hair was very happy with his cut and beard trim. We will definitely be return customers. This was such a convenience especially since it's so hard to take the baby out! read more

This gentleman came on his off day because I meet my teachers and staff at my new school tomorrow, and want to look professional. I have really short hair (like crew cut short), and was looking to clean my fade and trim the top. His tools are old and got hot really fast against my scalp. When he was done, i noticed he only cleaned my sideburns on one side and my bangs were slightly lopsided and the fade wasn't very clean. I didn't say anything because he seemed anxious to get to the next customer who was waiting for 15 min and I figured I could fix it easily myself. But after I got home, my partner saw the backside of head and noticed a big tuft of hair sticking out the top. He basically didn't finish the fade in the back so there was this abrupt transition from short to long hair. Also, I should have been charged men's cut which is $21 versus women's $26 because my hair is SHORT. But after he finished, he asks me "you're a women right...?" To which I said yes, so he charged me $26. This traditional and outdated gender imbalance in the hair cutting world is so disappointing.
